We had an incredible day exploring Cairo and the Pyramids with Reham as our guide. From the moment we met, she was warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about Egypt’s history and culture. Visiting the Pyramids of Giza was unforgettable, and Reham made the experience even more meaningful by explaining the history, symbolism, and fascinating details you would never learn on your own. She knew the best viewpoints for photos, helped us avoid tourist traps, and made sure we felt comfortable and safe throughout the trip. Her passion for Egyptian heritage truly shines through, and she answered every question with patience and enthusiasm. The entire tour was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. The ATV and Camel ride were fantastic too! If you are visiting Cairo and want a guide who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about your experience, I highly recommend Reham. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

I've booked tours through Viator many times and have never been disappointed. This one was no exception in terms of the guide and overall value but came with some caveats worth sharing. The Guide (Huda): Exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive, she made sure I had an enjoyable experience at every turn. If you're looking for personalized attention, a private tour like this delivers exactly that. A heads-up on "private": I didn't realize going in that this was a one-on-one experience all day with a stranger. For some that's ideal; for others, it can feel a bit socially intense. Just know what you're signing up for. The shopping stops: There were two: one for essential oils, one for papyrus. Both include a short demonstration of their process, but make no mistake: these are sales environments, and the energy can feel chaotic and a bit pushy. The vehicle: This was genuinely unpleasant. The car smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, which was uncomfortable for the entire ride. I cracked a window and pushed through, but honestly, I should have said something. There really should be a process for Viator or operators to inform guests, screen for this, or at minimum give tourists an opt-out. Smoke-free travel should be an option. This extended to the dinner venue. At the boat show there were multiple people smoking in the waiting area. I had to ask to be moved. The rules around smoking are clearly different here. The Dinner show on the Nile (Andrea Manasterly): The setting is beautiful, but the execution needs work. The bathrooms had no toilet paper or paper towels before the show even started. The chairs were visibly stained or had food in them; not a great first impression. The buffet food was cold and that was a turn off for me. I didn't eat. The show itself: Mixed. The belly dancer was ok. The lip syncer was ridiculous. But the Tannoura dancer? He was extraordinary! He alone made the evening worth it. Bottom line: this rating is as good as it is because of the price, Huda and stay the Tannoura performance.

Reham was the sweetest, most careful guide ever. She took her time to explain us and take us everywhere. I really enjoyed visiting the pyramids in Cairo with her. We could’ve not have a better guide.

My experience with Kemet Tours was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Visiting the Giza Pyramids was truly unforgettable — seeing them in person is something that pictures just can’t capture. Our tour guide was excellent — very knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. They explained the history in a way that was easy to understand and kept things engaging the whole time. The ATV ride and camel experience were definitely highlights — both were a lot of fun and added adventure to the day. I also really appreciated the shopping stops. The experience was very informative, and we learned a lot about local crafts, materials, and culture rather than feeling rushed or pressured. Overall, I highly recommend Kemet Tours if you want a well-organized, fun, and educational way to explore the pyramids and surrounding attractions.
