Ahmed était incroyable! Si sympathique et nous avons appris tellement de choses non seulement sur la nourriture, mais sur l'Égypte et Le Caire aussi.
Nous avons fait plusieurs arrêts alimentaires différents, tous des endroits locaux que nous n’aurions pas trouvés en tant que touriste. Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance d'être les seuls sur la tournée. Nous avons goûté tellement de plats locaux différents, nos préférés étaient les Falafel 😍
Merci Ahmed pour cette excellente soirée, ce fut un vrai moment fort de notre voyage.

Great local food tour
We really enjoyed the food tour with Ahmed and his wife. My wife, 11 year old daughter and I did the tour together. My wife and daughter are both vegetarian and Ahmed was able to accommodate us. We multiple stops for street food, juice, and dessert. None of the places were spots we could have found on our own. We did this tour on the last day of our trip. I really wish we would have done it on the first because it really helped us understand the local neighborhood better. I will be recommending Ahmed to any of my friends traveling to Cairo.

Alimentation et culture
Ce n'est pas seulement une tournée gastronomique mais aussi très culturelle. On a participé à des restunts locaux où on n'aurait jamais rêvé de manger. Ahmed était excellent et a donné beaucoup d'informations sur le mode de vie égyote.

Cairo street food
The trip was great :) 😊 everybody enjoyed the selection of dishes. We were in three local restaurants and a juice bar with sugar cane juice press and a dessert spot. I have never eaten so much in my entire life!

Regard d'initié formidable sur les goûts du Caire
Pour faire écho aux sentiments des autres, il est presque impossible que vous vous trompiez avec cette visite.
Ahmed est un hôte / représentant gracieux pour sa ville et sa terre et a, sans révéler tous les secrets et surprises, concocté un voyage de charme à travers les rues du Caire... tout en explorant de la plus grande façon possible... en passant par notre estomac!
La sortie est cousue de façon très réfléchie et comprend plusieurs surprises impressionnantes en cours de route.
On ne saurait trop recommander cette expérience et les gens qui y sont associés. Assurez-vous d'arriver affamé! Vous ne serez pas déçu.

Really good food tour, you will taste egyptian flavors while walking around like local people do. Ahmed is a great host, we even had a subway ride lol!

Great Family Local Experience!
This was a great experience! What a great way to experience Cairo and the local cuisine.
First off the communication from Ahmed and Shorouk was great. They stayed in touch from the time of the booking all the way through the tour.
They were amazing hosts. Their knowledge of their city and food were top notch. They also have great energy and genuinely came off as loving what they do.
We met Ahmed, Shorouk and their 2 daughters at a juice bar in downtown Cairo and from there we visited several local food spots. They were very accommodating to our group of 4 as a couple of us are vegetarian. One of the highlights was a visiting a local falafel joint where they showed us how they make the falafels from scratch and then we got to enjoy the fresh, warm, crispy, tasty falafels.
We were full at the end of the tour and had to start splitting our food because of how full we were. Everything was really good! Would recommend this tour if you are staying in Cairo!

Fantastique visite culinaire!
Toutes les visites ne sont pas créées égales. C’est seulement aussi bon que le guide touristique. Ahmed et Souk ont soigneusement choisi des lieux connus des habitants. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une tournée solo avec Ahmed. Chaque fois que nous allions, il était accueilli comme une famille. Il était authentique, amical et généreux.
J'ai eu une expérience incroyable. Il était bien informé et de bonne humeur. Je recommande vivement cette visite juste pour le rencontrer.
