This was super cool! Had a great guide and he was young and fun! Wish we could have really opened up on those quads and let it rip in that desert but there were so many people I can only imagine the carnage if we did! This is the quintessential Egypt tourist experience that can’t be missed!

Mi marido y yo queríamos el buggy de 4 plazas y eso es lo que reservé aquí. Tras reservar, los organizadores se pusieron en contacto conmigo por WhatsApp para decirme que tenía que pagar 10 $ extra, ya que el mínimo para los de 4 plazas es de 3 personas y, como somos 2, nos darían el de 2 plazas en su lugar. El conductor nos recogió en el hotel, llegamos allí, pagamos los 10 $ antes de empezar, pero aun así nos dieron el de 4 plazas. La experiencia fue muy agradable aunque con mucho polvo, aseguraos de hacerla al atardecer, ya que las montañas rocosas se verán increíbles. Después de un rato, nos bajamos del buggy para hacer la experiencia con camellos. El paseo en camello duró como 2 o 3 minutos y realmente no lo disfruté. Especialmente cuando el dueño del camello empezó a insultarme en árabe al no darle propina, pensando que no hablo árabe (si hubiera tenido cambio, sin duda le habría dado 50, pero desgraciadamente acabábamos de llegar y no teníamos nada). Después de eso, nos llevaron a lo que llamaron una tienda beduina. Esa parada fue una pérdida de tiempo y dinero. Nos estafaron con una botella de agua (pagamos 100) mientras que justo al llegar al lugar de la cena nos dieron agua gratis. Mi consejo es que no compréis nada en esa tienda, solo el té es gratis. Después fuimos al lugar de la cena, la cena estuvo bien (no fue la mejor) y lo mismo con el espectáculo. Mi consejo, reservad solo la experiencia y saltaos la cena. La comida en vuestro hotel con todo incluido y los espectáculos de vuestro hotel serán exactamente iguales o quizás mejores. Un chico os hará fotos y vídeos durante ese tiempo y os los venderá al final (20 - 30 $). Para ser sincera, hizo un trabajo bastante bueno, pero no os sintáis presionados a comprarlos. No pensamos que fuera necesario comprar, ya que al menos disfrutamos del paseo.

Absolutely terrible experience — do not be fooled by the low price We booked this safari experience for my wife, my 8-year-old daughter and myself, expecting a fun family evening including hotel pickup and drop-off, a buggy ride, dinner and a show. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a complete disaster from beginning to end. It started with the transfer from our hotel. The driver’s behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. He was constantly shouting while talking on his phone, and his appearance and clothing were not appropriate for someone representing a tourist activity. Once we arrived at the location, things became even worse. There were more than 50 people, with absolutely no organization or clear instructions. Nobody seemed to know what was happening or where we were supposed to go. We wasted a huge amount of time simply trying to understand how the activity was organized. The buggy experience was particularly concerning from a safety perspective. The buggy we were given was in very poor condition, the brakes were extremely weak, and there were no proper lights on the buggy. We also noticed that several of the quad bikes had no lights either. The entire excursion took place in darkness, so we could barely see anything and got almost nothing out of the supposed desert experience. From a safety standpoint, this was completely unacceptable. The staff were also constantly shouting at each other and seemed to be in a hurry to finish everything as quickly as possible rather than making sure guests were having a good experience. There was no feeling of hospitality or professionalism whatsoever. The dinner was extremely mediocre, and the show was honestly not even worth mentioning. Nothing about the evening felt enjoyable or well organized. We understand that this excursion is offered at a very low price compared with other safari experiences in Sharm El Sheikh. However, after experiencing it ourselves, we would strongly advise people not to choose an excursion simply because it is cheaper. In this case, the low price clearly comes with a very low level of service, organization, safety and overall quality. Overall, a horrible experience from start to finish. We would absolutely not recommend it, especially for families with children.
