Migliore di come mi aspettassi!
Un’esperienza bellissima! Siamo andati con due bambini di 2 anni e mezzo e 10 mesi e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Dal nostro prelievo a Sharm al nostro rientro è stato tutto perfetto (l’unica nota negativa il ritardo aereo al ritorno ma questo non è dipeso da loro ovviamente). Un giorno intenso con una guida eccezionale! Simpatico e preparatissimo! Ahmed se non ricordo male; abbiamo imparato tanto sul Cairo, le piramidi, il museo e la cultura egizia! Grazie davvero! Bellissimo anche il giro sul Nilo, battello nuovo, pulito e il ragazzo alla guida simpaticissimo ha fatto ballare e giocare i nostri bimbi ( il mio e la figlia di un altra coppia che è stata con noi durante il tour!). Pranzo buono e giro al mercato caratteristico, abbiamo visto tante sfaccettature del Cairo. Questo tour ha davvero superato le nostre aspettative.

Gita al Cairo
Puntualita' e precisione. Dal transfer di andata a quello di ritorno. Splendida e preparata la guida. Sempre presente e disponibile. Consigliatissimo. Cammello, Piramidi, Museo, giro sul Nilo. Grazie

Estamos muy contentos con el viaje y todos los que quieran visitar El Cairo sin hacer tanta planificación deben reservar esta excursión. Hubo un contacto suave y fácil con la empresa y recibimos toda la información, las entradas y todas las confirmaciones en WhatsApp.
Reservamos un viaje en grupo, pero resultó que solo fuimos nosotros los que hicimos el viaje aún más divertido porque podíamos decidir todo el tiempo y no teníamos que esperar a nadie.
Nuestro guía Muhammad y el conductor eran fantásticos y se aseguró de que todo salió como nos gustó. Nos esperaban todo el tiempo que queríamos y nunca nos sentimos apresurados. Si queríamos estar en algún lugar por más tiempo, estaba bien y si queríamos continuar con el viaje más rápido, también estaba bien.
Visitar las pirámides y ver la esfinge fue una experiencia inolvidable.
Lo único que realmente no disfrutamos fue el Bazar. Había grandes cosas que comprar y estamos contentos de haberlo visto, pero los vendedores eran demasiado exigentes, todo se sentía muy incómodo. Encontramos a nuestro guía y el conductor después de unos 25 minutos y podía salir de inmediato.
Luego fuimos a un gran centro comercial (una diferencia de 180 grados con respecto al Bazar, se sentía como si estuviéramos en un país completamente diferente. Era tranquilo, tranquilo y limpio).

Día libre a El Cairo
Muy buen viaje. Todo estaba bien arreglado. Tuvimos mucho tiempo en El Cairo y no nos sentimos apresurados. El guía era súper experto.

Day trip to Cairo from Sharm El Sheik, June 2025.
Had a great visit to Cairo from Sharm El Sheik with 'Book Tour Egypt'. Communication was excellent with regular updates regarding flight details, visa requirement, taxi arrangements etc. We joined 5 others to make a party of 7. Our friendly guide Fahmi and the minibus driver helped to pack a lot into the day including the pyramids, sphinx, camel / cart ride, Cairo Museum, Nile boat ride, lovely restaurant buffet lunch with pyramid view, souks and cool off at Nile Ritz Carlton. There is also the obligatory perfume and papyrus shop visits but there is absolutely no pressure to buy. I last visited the Giza Plateau in 1996 and to be honest its now a more pleasurable experience as the traders seem to have calmed down a bit. Be prepared for a long day but overall a good experience provided by a professional outfit. Although I already considered Egypt to be a safe country your security is also taken care of by the company. I recommend 'Book Tour Egypt' and give them 5 stars *****

Gran viaje a Kairo y Giza
Decidió viajar en avión, que parecía correcto elegir después. La salida de hitel fue temprano, pero es mucho más cómodo visitar en Guiza temprano cuando está menos concurrido y no es tan caluroso como la tarde. Nuestro guía Fahmy era genial y nos tomó fotos increíbles. Personal de insta real. Nos perdimos la vista panorámica que se puede incluir fácilmente como una primera parada en la zona. Almuerzo incluido el teip fue realmente genial.
El viaje incluyó dos paradas en el “museo” del papiro y la tienda de aceite / parfym, que creo que son la cintura del tiempo. En cambio, visitar el mercado sería más interesante. Crucero por el Nilo es agradable.
Es un día largo en avión y las condiciones son muy exigentes durante el verano.
Puedo recomendar fácilmente este viaje como una opción fácil.

Unforgettable experience
We had an amazing time. Our guide Ahmed was brilliant and took such good care of us (he also is a very talented photographer!) It was also great to be in such a small group. Do be aware however that it is a very long day, despite selecting a 6am departure you will likely be picked up from your hotel between 3:30 and 4:00 AM - that being said don’t let it put you off! It was an unforgettable experience and completely worth it.

Shouting and embarrassing Cairo trip
The excursion was lovely but at the end the guide was unprofessional in his attitude and manner towards us (me and my friend). We paid for our trip here in UK and printed our voucher and opted out of some of the options given.
The guide Mr Ahmed or Mad Ahmed he liked to be called, paid for certain parts (which was odd). He initially met us at the airport but did not take us back (he went home) the driver took us back. But before we got to the airport the driver stopped the bus and we were asking why... his English non-existent then he took a call from Mad Ahmed asking for me by name shouting down the mobile.
Next minute the doors fly open and there was Ahmed shouting about how we owed him money for the museum and Spinx excursions, saying he paid from his own pocket. In the end we paid just him the monies in euro (as the situation was embarrassing with the shouting etc.) and had to ask for a receipt (which I still have with the tickets) His manner was rude, loud and very very unprofessional...
If there was an issue of any kind, he should have taken us aside and spoke to us professionally. There was no need for the scene he created. We were unaware of any misunderstanding. It was humiliating, embarrassing to be spoken that way. I have already mentioned this matter to the company regarding Ahmed's behaviour. I work in customer services and his manner would not be tolerated.
This experience has put a downer on the excursion and the whole experience of Cairo. If I were to go again. I will NOT be booking with Tripadvisor.
