Tutto al di sopra delle aspettative!!
Esperienza super positiva fin dalla prenotazione online che al ritorno in hotel.. Bambini felicissimi, il comandante della barca molto gentile e disponibile ha fatto sedere i bambini sui vetri per dei video e delle foto,cosa molto apprezzata e con piacere ho lasciato qualcosa di mancia..
Un valore aggiunto alla guida che ci ha accompagnato di nome Nabil, molto preparato e professionale, parlava correttamente italiano più altre 6 lingue, culturalmente molto preparato e piacevole nel viaggio,una persona a parer mio al di sopra delle classiche guide turistiche.. Quest'anno,(dopo la 4a volta a sharm) un po' scontenti e sconcertati per il villaggio e certi comportamenti di altri suoi connazionali, dopo questa esperienza abbiamo ritrovato un po' di armonia poiché tutti sono stati disponibili, educati e piacevoli cosa che purtroppo non stiamo riscontrando dove alloggiamo.. Chiusa parentesi, consiglio a tutti questa escursione con Nabil senza nulla togliere agli altri suoi colleghi.. A presto!!

In addition to the amazing boat tour itself, the company manager went above and beyond by sharing interesting historical insights about the city throughout the trip. This unexpected touch added a real depth to the experience and was incredibly valuable.
The boat tour was fantastic – we saw beautiful coral reefs and a wide variety of fish. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the tour company to anyone visiting the area, and we'll definitely be using them again on future trips!

Compelling tour guide/ driver and amazing sea life
Our guide was incredibly informative about all aspects of Sharm as a place and its interesting history. He was also very polite, and super reliable being bang on time to pick up and drop off. The glass bottom boat did not disappoint. It’s a great way to see the amazing coral and sea teeming with beautiful fish. Highly recommend as. Short excursion.

Highlight of our family trip to Sharm El Sheikh
Our experience started when our guide, Mohammed, picked us up from our hotel. He was very friendly and gave us a fascinating tour of the area as he drove us to the beach (we communicated in Italian, but he was also excellent in English). While waiting for the boat tour, we got to relax in the shade and enjoy amazing guava/mango/strawberry smoothies sold by the beach bar. The, the boat tour itself was magical. The water is remarkably clear, and we saw a huge variety of fish including a big manta ray. The driver gave us bread crumbs to feed the fish, and our kids had the best time. Mohammed was waiting for us on shore to take us back to our hotel. It was a really delightful morning out, and we're so glad we got to have this experience.

magnífico viaje
Experiencia asombrosa. Se lo recomendaría a todos los que visiten Sharm. Recoge al conductor, coche muy amable y súper limpio. El capitán del barco extremadamente informativo e interesante. Magnífico lugar para tomar una fotografía increíble y ver la vida bajo el agua. También un organizador educado y muy agradecido.

Visitamos Sharm con nuestros 3. Mi hija de 5 años y yo estábamos buscando algunas actividades que fueran aptas para niños y no demasiado largas.
Hice una búsqueda exhaustiva en línea de una empresa para organizar nado con delfines, decidiéndome por las que se ofrecen en el resort (ya que la actividad ya es bastante cara + los precios en el resort generalmente se suman), encontré Sharm Smile Tour. Tenían reseñas recientes disponibles en su sitio web, así como una explicación detallada de todos los servicios ofrecidos. ¡Pero lo que los distinguió para mí fue la efectividad y facilidad de comunicación! ¡Hay un chat en línea en el que puede hacer su pregunta y obtener una respuesta rápida! Luego me contactaron por WhatsApp que facilitó aún más la comunicación. Mohamed Nabil fue muy educado, informativo y servicial, dando sugerencias sobre el momento más adecuado para la actividad, además de dar tiempo para pensar y reconfirmar el día siguiente. No fue nada agresivo (lo cual valoro mucho)
Sharm Smile Tour también era una de las pocas empresas directas que aceptaba pagos con tarjeta en lugar de efectivo, lo cual era importante para mí. Hemos reservado nado con delfines y barco con fondo de cristal.
Los tiempos de transporte a ambas actividades fueron reconfirmados el día anterior. El conductor fue puntual, bien presentado y servicial; el auto estaba limpio. Mohamed nos recibió y se quedó con nosotros durante nuestra actividad de nado con delfines, ayudándonos con la traducción cuando fue necesario o dándonos consejos e indicaciones ya que conocía a las personas que trabajaban allí, lo cual fue de gran ayuda.
También se registró para ver cómo fue nuestro viaje en barco y si estábamos contentos.
Sentí que hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos cómodos y para garantizar que la pasáramos bien. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por su negocio y valora inmensamente a sus clientes.
Nos sentimos seguros y quedamos muy satisfechos no sólo con el servicio recibido sino también con su amabilidad, atención y carácter amable y amable.
¡No dudaría en volver a reservar con Sharm Smile Tour y lo recomendaría a cualquiera!
