Multiple historic sites in Luxor guide
We went to loads of places! Started off with Valley of the Kings and saw 3 tombs and Tutankhamuns. Then we went to the Colosei Memnon which is impressive…
Everything is huge. You dont really get the scale of things like Karnak temple until you are stood underneath a 25m obelisk in 35 degree heat. Luxor temple is also really nice. A long stretch of pillars and symbols that could act today as a nice walking area.
Roshdy did a great job showing us around, explaining some of the reasons why thing looked how they did, and some of the stroies behind things like Hapshepsut’s temple and the Sekhmet Alabaster shop where they build loads of amazing little trinkets with their bare hands using ancient methods.
Tours are always so much better with a guide. Do this one.

A day visit at the main sites in Luxor
Family, 2 adults, 1 child.
We have just returned from a great day out with Barry Of Luxor.
We have visited all the main historical sites on the East and West bank of the Nile. Barry has explained in detail the history, meanings and traditions of each of the sites. Plus he has the advantage of being a local.
There was no rush at any of the sites with ample time for personal walkabouts.
Barry has a friendly approach to guiding which I'm sure you'd enjoy. We would recommend him as a guide. Thank you.

Amazing tour, phenomenal photo opportunities
Barry has got to be my favorite tour guide ever. He's funny, personable, knowledgeable, interesting, and can tell great stories. We learned so much about all the kings and queens, hieroglyphs & their meanings, ceremonies in the temples. I loved all of it and could spend all day just taking it all in. Thank you, Barry!

Great Luxor Day!!!
Recently had a Luxor tour, including Valley of the Kings and Karnak, with tour guide Mossy and driver Youseff. My two teenage sons and I had the best time and learned so much about the rich culture and history of Egypt. Mossy is a wealth of knowledge and has the best sense of humor that he kept us engaged and interested even in the high heat of the day. He took good care of us and quickly helped recover my cellphone when I accidentally left it at an alabaster factory. Youseff was the best and friendliest driver with a clean, new and most importantly cool (AC) car. Thanks to both Mossy and Youseff for making our Luxor day tour on the best!

Guide for Luxor? Roshdy is your man!
Roshdy is an exceptionally knowledgeable guide with a lovely personality. Unlike most tours we have done in Egypt, he gave us plenty of free time to roam around at our own leisure at each site. We had a delicious lunch on the Nile, and even shared our favourite songs during the short drives between stops. Not only a guide, Roshdy quickly became a new Egyptian acquaintance of ours. Thank you for a great day out!

Excellent private tour of key Luxor monuments
This was one of our most anticipated tours during our time in Egypt, and it did not disappoint. Visiting Luxor Temple, Karnak, and the Valley of the Kings (plus the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut) all in a single day is an enormous challenge, but if you are going to do it, a private tour is the way to go. There is no doubt that the content itself--these glorious temples, monuments, and tombs of the ancient capital of Thebes--is worth it, and should be at the top of anyone's list if they are visiting Egypt. And being able to skip the lines, and maneuver around large groups is essential--especially when visiting a place like Karnak, which is packed even off season.
Barry was a wonderful guide. He was patient, flexible, well-informed, and attentive. His information was detailed and well-informed, and he was kind, funny, and engaging. Most of all, he was responsive to our needs and to our moods, and was always looking to make the tour enjoyable and well-suited for us, rather than just mechanically going through a predetermined program. We really appreciated his flexibility, and his attentiveness.
If you're going to do Luxxor, Valley of the Kings, Karnak, and Hatshepsut in one day, this is the way to do it!

Louxor
We had an amazing time in Luxor thanks to our energetic guide Aly! He brought so much enthusiasm to the tour and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Aly showed us some incredible monuments, and thanks to his planning, we were able to visit them with very few crowds, which made everything even more special. His English is excellent, with a very clear accent, making it easy to follow his explanations and stories. Highly recommended!
