Fuimos guiados por Khaled muy amable y servicial que efectivamente se movió con nosotros y compartió información principal sobre los monumentos. También ayudó amable y honestamente a organizar entradas para tumbas adicionales para las que se necesitan entradas adicionales. Damos 4 y no 5 porque tuvimos la sensación de que estábamos un poco apurados por todos los lugares y el viaje fue mucho más corto de lo que esperábamos (6 horas en lugar de 8 que se indican en la descripción). Nos hubiera gustado más tiempo por lugar con más detalles sobre su historia. En general, sin embargo, recomendaríamos el viaje porque permite ver los lugares más hermosos alrededor de Luxor.

Nuestro guía egipcio sudanés H era bueno. Empezó con espíritu, vigor y cuidado. Siempre fue educado y paciente. Nuestro conductor siempre fue feliz y caballeroso. En general creo que el guía hizo un trabajo bastante decente usando un libro ilustrado para ayudarnos a imaginar los Reinos y describir el significado de los jeroglíficos. Incluso tomó algunas fotos para nosotros. Pero no nos importa ver cosas como el baño del faraón. Probablemente tenía más conocimiento del que compartió ese día.
Donde habríamos apreciado un mejor servicio es en la parte de personalización. Si estamos pagando por una experiencia privada premium, el operador turístico es responsable de comunicarse con cualquier cambio de itinerario y administrar la logística y el tiempo. Por ejemplo, pregunté si deberíamos empezar antes a apretar en el almuerzo y nadie respondió. La guía no era incómoda sobre el tiempo. Sí "el día es nuestro", pero por favor ayúdenos a planificar y mantenernos en camino para no tener que saltarnos 2 sitios. Tampoco nos informaron del costo desorbitado y el tiempo que tomaría visitar la tumba de Sety. Entendemos que necesitas vender más, pero eso se comió el horario. Tampoco se nos informó hasta la tarde que todo cierra a las 4 : 30 pm. Todo esto podría haberse resuelto de antemano si hubiera habido una mejor planificación y comunicación.

Different way to be visit west Nile side
Great experience, the guide (Moss the Boss) is well prepared and he is able to make you dive into the egyptian age. Meanwhile the driver (Mohammed) is always in the right place and time for zero time waste.
High suggested experience!

Not as described but still ok
The thing is the itinerary wasn’t as mentioned in the ticket. We booked 8 hours and our tour was only 6 hours. Although the valley of queens was a part of the tour but the tour guide said he didn’t get it on his schedule and we didn’t go there.
But Overall for the places we visited the experience was good and the driver picked us on time and the tour guide was nice.

Fantastic private day tour of Karnak Temple and Valley of the Kings
Mohsen was such an amazing tour guide. He has so much information to share about Egypt’s history and was fun to talk to about all the temples and history and lore. We enjoyed every site, every tidbit of information. He was so helpful in answering our questions and adapting to our needs and wants. Our driver was also beyond helpful and courteous.
We wanted to see some of the extra tombs not included in the price of the tour and were thrilled that this was ok (for the additional fees at the site~for informational purposes for anyone reading this review). Seti I was definitely worth the additional cost so I would recommend to anyone to pay extra to see this tomb if you are going.
The stop at the artisan place for souvenirs is not usually our favorite activity but we bought some lovely genuine pieces to take home and felt we were treated very fair on the prices there as well. No pressure from the fun sales people unlike at the tourist sites, just a good time looking at lovely stone art and hearing and seeing how it’s made.
Lunch was also included and was very good.
Over all, the entire day exceeded our expectations. We loved it and couldn’t recommend it more.

Beautiful place.
Excellent place to visit. I would love to visit again and again. The Queen of the Valley in Luxor is truly breathtaking. The people were friendly, welcoming, and very kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit destination for history and culture lovers.
