I had an incredible full-day tour of Luxor’s West Bank with my guide, Angie, who was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. She could answer every question I had about ancient Egypt and the sites we visited. We started early, which was perfect since the first few stops — Medinet Habu, Valley of the Queens, and Valley of the Artisans were nice and quiet with very few other visitors. We then continued to the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut’s Temple, followed by a buffet style lunch and a stop at the Colossi of Memnon. Angie made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, and even stopped off for a refreshing sugarcane juice at the end of the tour before arriving back at my hotel. I highly recommend this tour and especially Angie! If you want to experience Luxor’s history with an expert who truly loves what she does.

Fantastic full day tour of the West Bank of Luxor. Hit all the highlights. My guide, Angie, was terrific. Gave me lots of information, but at a manageable pace. Other tours I've done the past week I've sometimes felt like I was drinking water from a firehose with the volume of history. Tanner did a great job getting us around and was very prompt. Highly recommend.

We booked several tours during our time in Egypt and this one was by far the best. Sayed’s historical knowledge and cheerful presence brought Ancient Egypt to life. He also guided us expertly when selecting which tombs to visit in the Valley of the Kings. We covered other sights, including the Temple of Medinet Habu, which was a highlight.

He reservado el coche completo + guía + entrada + almuerzo para mí solo. Un tour privado es un medio muy superior y eficiente para explorar las muchas tumbas y templos de Cisjordania. Mi conductor Ramsés estaba a salvo, se quedó con el coche vigilando mis pertenencias vigilando mis pertenencias, y tiró del coche hacia arriba cuando salimos de cada sitio. We booked without a guide. Not sure if it was the right choice. Driver was good and cooperative. He tried to take us to an alabaster shop which wasn't on the itinerary, so we denied the suggestion. It's ok, no problem. Do yourself a favour and buy ALL the extra tickets. We didn't and regretted it.

We booked the full day west bank tour but only received a half day tour. Only lasting 5 hours, despite the site saying 7-10. For the money we paid we think it would have been nicer to have at least done 7 hours. We were however very happy with our driver and guide. We felt we were able to learn more about the tombs and temples. Sometimes we were given a time limit which meant we couldn't spend as much time in some of the tombs as we would have liked. But we really enjoyed seeing the colourful tombs. We didn't get to go to Valley of the Queens and this could have impacted the time, however our guide said he felt it wasn't worth visiting, and we agreed as he is more informed than us. Overall the tour was good and we enjoyed our time.
