Experiencia decepcionante con Legacy Tours: ¡no recomendado!
Reservamos una excursión privada de un día a Luxor con Legacy Tours, esperando recibir un viaje personalizable y bien organizado. Lamentablemente quedamos muy decepcionados.
El recorrido comenzó alrededor de las 5 a.m. con la recogida por parte de dos conductores, y fue precisamente allí donde empezaron los problemas. Para un tour anunciado en alemán, se debe esperar al menos que uno de los conductores entienda alemán o al menos inglés. Lamentablemente no fue así: sólo se hablaba árabe. La comunicación se limitaba a un teléfono móvil con una aplicación de traducción; no era posible nada más. ¡Y eso fue en una ruta en la que pasamos alrededor de cuatro horas cada uno con los mismos conductores!
Cuando intentamos contactar con el organizador, simplemente nos dijeron que esto era "perfectamente normal" y que no era necesario poder comunicarse con el conductor. Esto es absolutamente inaceptable, especialmente para un servicio publicitado como un tour privado, donde deliberadamente queríamos tener la oportunidad de influir de manera flexible en la ruta o los procedimientos. Simplemente nos negaron esta flexibilidad.
¡Tenga cuidado al reservar este tour!
Aunque el guía turístico de habla alemana que finalmente conocimos en Luxor después de 4,5 horas era muy amable, competente y hablaba un alemán excelente, él también venía de una agencia externa y estaba visiblemente avergonzado por la mala organización de Legacy Tours.
Conclusión: El tour en sí está bien en términos de contenido, pero el servicio, la comunicación y la organización de Legacy Tours son absolutamente inadecuados. En nuestro caso: ¡Nunca más!

Such a beautiful trip !! Ahmed Elsisi was our tour guide and he had so much knowledge about everything around us . BomBa was our driver and he made sure the entire ride was smooth and everything we needed was taken care of. I highly recommend booking a trip with them

Gran día en Luxor
Gran excursión de un día a Luxor! Nuestro guía turístico Hamza era muy bien informado. Nunca tuvimos que hacer cola para las entradas. Fue una visita eficiente e informativa. Disfrutamos mucho poder adaptar el día a nosotros. El almuerzo con vistas al Nilo era bueno, incluso tenía buenas opciones vegetarianas, y el paseo en barco era una buena adición. El conductor era fiable y rápido.

Amazing Experience! Would definitely recommend!
My wife and I had an amazing experience ! The ride to Luxor was a comfortable 4-hour drive. Our guide Shrehan was a lovely woman that instantly made us feel at ease. Before your visits your guide explains the history behind every stop which makes the experience so much more complete by having an understanding of what you’re looking at. Shrehan has a lot of knowledge about Egyptian history and explains everything in an interesting way, and in clear English! You don’t need to stand in lines for tickets and your driver is always waiting for you to go to the next stop. Also, you can leave your belongings in the car so you don’t need to carry it around everywhere. The food was great and the boat ride was very romantic and relaxing! The guide also gave us enough private moments to enjoy the scenery. Furthermore, you can choose your own tempo! If you want to have the best experience of Luxor as a couple or small family I would highly recommend this trip. All thanks to our driver and Shrehan!

Unforgettable Luxor day trip!
The one day trip to Luxor was simply unforgettable, Bomba the driver was so friendly and a great driver and made the trip very pleasant and stopped for breaks and food just at the right time. The private guide Abdul was so knowledgeable and made the Luxor temples tours unforgettable. Really recommend to all!

Fantástico día hecho aún mejor por nuestro guía Ahmed Elsisi muy bien informado e informativo durante todo el día. Valle de los Reyes, Templo de Hatshepsut, Felucca y Karnak día memorable.

Fabulous day trip
A very early start 5am but our family of 4 had a private mini bus so we had a row each to stretch out. This also stayed with us the whole day so we could leave our bags on it without having to trail them round with us. We picked up our guide Ahmed Elsisi just before entering Valley of the Kings. He did everything for us to make entry really easy. We only did the 3 tombs included with he package but now we’ve returned to our hotel wish we’d paid for either Seti I or Tut tombs. Our guide was not allowed inside the tombs with us but before entering each tomb he told us what to look out for. On leaving Valley of the Kings we went to Hatshepsut and WOW it’s spectacular to think it’s over 3000 years old, again our guide Ahmed was very knowledgeable and informative making the experience. We then stopped for lunch which was good but a huge amount of food the table was laden with sharing dishes and then we got our individual dishes which were served in clay pots and still sizzling. After lunch we relaxed on a Felucca taking us from the West Bank to the East Bank where our mini bus met us and took us to Karnak a truly magnificent temple. Ahmed again gave us such knowledge and information helping us to understand how the ancient Egyptians built these temples. After this we dropped our guide of and travelled back getting back at 8pm. A very long day but well worth it made al the more special by to stories toiled to us by Ahmed making it a very memorable day for us. Bailando en Luxor
Fantástica excursión de un día (cansado) desde Hurghada. Transporte cómodo y puntual a Luxor, y de vuelta. Ahmed (nuestro guía) era excelente - conocedor, encantador, y un fotógrafo ávido. Delicioso almuerzo. El Valle de los Reyes y los diversos Templos eran increíbles (los niños incluso ponen teléfonos). Bonito crucero por el Nilo (con baile obligatorio... no preguntes). Traiga dinero en efectivo para ir a los baños y varias propinas. El único problema menor fue la parada en el taller de Alabastar que implicó algunas ventas bastante difíciles. No es desagradable y la gente necesita ganarse la vida. Pero recuerdos para toda la vida.

Luxor Magic
A wonderful day. Superb organisation, from punctual pick-up, speedy (but safe) driver, delicious lunch and dancing on a boat on the Nile. But, the highlight was visiting the awe inspiring tombs and temples with the brilliant Ahmed El Sisi - Egyptologist, taker of many photos, dancer and wonderful guide. A trip the whole family will remember forever.

Reservé este tour privado desde Hurghada ya que viajaba con mi pareja y 2 hijas - 4 años y 1 año de edad. Esto no decepcionó. Pudimos visitar estos lugares históricos y tuvimos tiempo suficiente para tomar fotos. Nuestro guía Samira incluso nos tomó fotos que eran increíbles. Ella era muy bien informado y amable. Mi hija se calentó con ella inmediatamente. Definitivamente nos lo pasamos muy bien.
