Una experiencia personal increíble
Este recorrido es costoso (todavía mucho menos que los recorridos del Dr. Zahi Hawass), pero es una experiencia increíble. Eres la única persona en la pirámide (además de tu guía, los funcionarios que custodian las pirámides y la persona que te abre las puertas). En primer lugar, es en medio de la noche y no hay nadie alrededor de las pirámides. La sensación que tienes al acercarte a la Gran Pirámide es asombrosa.
Dentro de la pirámide, necesité recuperar el aliento un par de veces. También soy un poco claustrofóbico, pero la energía dentro de la pirámide era tan buena que pude descender con éxito al pozo. Nuestro guía estaba muy bien informado y nos ayudó a superar todos los obstáculos. También nos mostró los puntos de energía importantes. También pudimos ver la maquinaria utilizada por el equipo japonés en el descubrimiento del nuevo túnel. Al final, salimos de Egipto con recuerdos inolvidables.
La próxima vez, espero hacer las visitas VIP de Osirion Shaft y Sphinx.

¡Excelente día en Giza (y tour privado VIP de la Gran Pirámide)!
Qué día tan increíble tuvimos en nuestro recorrido VIP por la Gran Pirámide de Giza. Nuestro grupo de cuatro fue recogido en nuestro hotel de El Cairo (en un minibús privado) por un conductor y nuestro guía, Aref Bakry, y nos dirigimos hacia el área de Giza. Aref fue un egiptólogo, guía y fotógrafo divertido y experto que nos guió alrededor de las pirámides, tomó muchas fotos y luego organizó un paseo en camello divertido y memorable para nosotros. Luego nos dirigimos a la Gran Pirámide para nuestro recorrido VIP. ¡Teníamos toda la pirámide para nosotros solos! Descendimos más de 100 metros (por un pasadizo estrecho) hasta el foso (parte del camino a gatas). Luego subimos a la cámara de la Reina ya la cámara del Rey. ¡Qué experiencia educativa, interesante y divertida (y entrenamiento)! Después de nuestro tiempo en la Gran Pirámide, Aref continuó nuestro recorrido por la Esfinge (y sus alrededores) y luego nos llevó a disfrutar de un delicioso almuerzo egipcio en el restaurante Rooftop 7000 (Great Pyramid Inn), que tenía una hermosa vista de las pirámides y la Esfinge. ¡Fue un día tan especial!

Spectacular Private tour of the Sphinx!
This was a custom Tour that Tour Egypt Club set up for us that included a visit inside the Great Pyramid, a stop at Memphis and a visit to Sultan Hassan Mosque, but the first stop was an early morning, private visit to the base of the Sphinx!
This tour requires special ministerial permission and Salma set it all up, flawlessly. She worked to get government permission and organized with each of the entities required (Thank you very much, Salma!) Mahmoud picked us up at 6am to make our 7am visit. He pointed out interesting facts about Cairo along our 45 minute journey. Once we arrived, Ahmed joined us. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and seasoned Tour guide, having studied at length in University around Egyptian history and leading tours for many years!
Arriving early to the Giza Plateau is amazing in itself, but once the gatekeeper opens the gate and walk down to one most iconic statues of the world, to see the Sphinx up close, it is spectacular! We had an hour to take in the beautiful monumental statue, get up close to the dream stele, and take pictures (Mahmoud helped us get approval to take photos). Ahmed took time to explain the history and the significance of the Sphinx and the Dream stele. We had some early morning sun and blue skies that made the Sphinx radiate against the backdrop!
While it was hard to follow up our Sphinx visit, Ahmed took us to a general admission inside the Great Pyramid. Another experience we will never forget. (TEC offers private, after hours tours into the Great Pyramid and this would be another experience we will do next time!). Later we visited Memphis to see the colossal statue of Ramses and other important antiquities. finally we visited Sultan Hassan Mosque (grand and absolutely beautiful!) as well as the Al-Rifa’i Mosque to see the tombs of notable Egyptian leaders.
The tour was a splurge especially due to the private visit to the Sphinx, but I can say that this was one of the most spectacular travel experiences we have had and it's all thanks to Tour Egypt Club! Thank you, Salma, Mahmoud and Ahmed!

Excellent introduction to Egyptian history and sightseeing.
We booked airport pick-up, half day trip to the pyramids and giza necropolis and a half day to the Egyptian museum. Our pick up at the airport went smoothly, we were met by a very friendly driver who told us lots about the city as we drove to the hotel. The next day, we were picked up promptly, by Ahmed and his driver. We were offered different options for our day, and felt that our interests were put first. We were offered snacks and drinks in the car. Ahmed was very knowledgeable about Egypt and explained Egyptian history in simple terms for my curious teenager and was easy to chat with. He was also very funny and friendly with lots of jokes. We appreciated that he let us decide what we wanted to do and did not push us to do stuff, but gave his honest opinion of what was worth doing. The pyramid complex is stunning, and made more interesting by Ahmed. The following day, Ahmed took us to the museum. He showed us the most important pieces and offered useful background information to help understand the history. We could probably spend more time as the Museum is terrific, but 2 hours was just right for us!

Al reservar este tour privado con Tour Egypt Club, fue mucho más fácil reservar este tour ya que no tuve la molestia de tener que llegar allí: hacer fila para obtener boletos, luego caminar por todo el complejo para ir de un sitio a otro - todo de esto fue hecho por mi excelente guía Ahmed "jackson" y su conductor zouzo. Ahmed no solo estaba muy bien informado: era un verdadero profesional que hacía todo lo posible para asegurarse de que todo lo que se decía en la descripción del recorrido estuviera cubierto, sino que también me ayudó a agregar a esta experiencia ayudándome a comprar la entrada a la otra pirámide y también me ayudó negociar un buen precio para la mejor experiencia en camello para ver las 9 pirámides de Giza y también me llevó a ver el Sphynx. Les visites sur les sites historiques étaient très bien expliquées, le soin apporté aux réponses à nos questions nous a toujours beaucoup satisfait. Les pyramides et la visite à l intérieur ont été époustouflantes ainsi que la visite jusqu au sphinx à été formidable. Nous avons eu une extraordinaire rencontre avec notre guide Nassar, dont nous remercions toute la gentillesse et l'attention dont il a fait preuve. Il nous a beaucoup aidé et très bien conseillé.

Visita a las piramides
Llegar a entrar en la pirámide fue una experiencia increíble. Si bien la tumba obviamente está vacía, aún así fue una experiencia conmovedora. La subida y bajada por los estrechos túneles de techos bajos me dejó las piernas como gelatina pero ¡valió la pena! Mi guía Mohammed fue una gran cantidad de información y muy útil.
