Da una idea de los orígenes políticos y religiosos de Egipto.
Pirámides de Dahshur 40 km al sur de El Cairo, Egipto. Importancia: Sitio clave en el desarrollo de la arquitectura piramidal. 1. Pirámide doblada – Construida por Sneferu; tiene una forma doblada única debido a un cambio en el ángulo durante la construcción. 2. Pirámide Roja – También por Sneferu; la primera pirámide de lados lisos de Egipto. 3. Pirámide Negra – Construida por Amenemhat III; ahora en su mayoría en ruinas debido a los malos materiales. Significado histórico: Muestra la transición de pirámides escalonadas a pirámides de lados lisos.

Very enjoyable day out to the different pyramids and Memphis. Our guide Khloud messaged the day before to welcome us and we were picked up on time. She gave valuable information about all aspects of the tour but also allowed us to wander around by ourselves which was appreciated. The pyramids were great and you could enter inside two of them, but not for the faint hearted ! We were given adequate time to explore and our request to not visit shops was not a problem. The driver drove safely as much as you can on Egyptian roads as its manic ! The meal at the end was also good quality. We were glad we chose the all inclusive tour with guide, tickets and meal as it saves a lot of hassle. Thank you both - we had a great time and a thoroughly enjoyable day.

Rana is a very sweet guide and our driver, even though we didn’t get to talk to him, was very good. We were picked up on time (8am) from our hotel in Giza and then driven to Saqqara where we were taken around the archeological site and we went into the Unas pyramid which was amazing inside. We did not enter the Step Pyramid due to the extra cost. We were then taken to a place which showed us how Egyptian rugs (carpets) are made (which was amazing) and then we had the option to buy. We were not pressurised to buy anything. We then visited Dahsur where we entered the amazing Bent pyramid (which has been our favourite of five) and the Red pyramid. We then visited the open air museum at Memphis. We are now on our way for lunch at 2.20pm (we were given a snack to eat earlier). We have had a really good experience, particularly experiencing everyday life from being driven around. Thank you very much to sweet Rana and our driver.

Rana ci ha accompagnato in un tour Meraviglioso!!! È stata gentilissima, disponibile e preparatissima. Ci ha dato tantissime informazioni relativamente ai siti visitati e tante curiosità sull'Egitto antico. Contrariamente a quello che ti dicono in hotel, contattare una guida tramite TripAdvisor è super consigliato.... In questo modo eviti spiacevoli sorprese e scam. Prezzi onesti, guida puntuale e professionale. Oltreché tanto simpatica!!!
