Verdaderamente local, maravillosa experiencia con buena comida y compañía!
Reservamos este tour a última hora y nos alegramos mucho de haberlo hecho. Visitamos durante Ramadán, así que fue extra especial para experimentar romper rápido con la comunidad local. De principio a fin, nuestra guía turística, Mila, fue más allá para hacer de esta una experiencia muy memorable. Ella cuidó mucho de nuestro grupo, guiándonos a través de diferentes restaurantes locales y enseñándonos sobre la cocina egipcia (salada y dulce) y las normas culturales. Sentimos como si Mila fuera una amiga de toda la vida. Recomiendo encarecidamente reservar este tour para una verdadera experiencia local.

Great local experience - thanks Magy!
We had the best time with Magy, it was very special as she brought us to enjoy an iftar event with the locals as well as experience delicious authentic foods in a non tourist area. It was a real taste of real life in Egypt and Magy was extremely knowledgeable about the customs and all things Egypt.. 10/10 recommend !

Super expérience et gastronomie très riche !
Le food tour était super, nous avons fait plusieurs stops et découvert des quartiers du Caire très vivants durant cette période du ramadan. Notre guide est d'une extrême gentillesse et disponible pour nous expliquer les différents plats et quelques points d'histoires. Allez y les yeux fermés !

¡Gran experiencia y gran comida!
El recorrido gastronómico fue estupendo, hicimos varias paradas y descubrimos algunos de los barrios más animados de El Cairo durante el Ramadán. Nuestro guía es extremadamente amable y está disponible para explicar los diferentes platos y algunos puntos de la historia.

El tour gastronómico fue absolutamente increíble. Fuimos en el tour durante Ramadán y nuestro guía comenzó el tour llevándonos a un restaurante local para participar en iftar (desayuno, pero por la noche) - un gran y muy auténtico comienzo del tour.
Nuestro guía Maegy era excepcionalmente conocedor de la escena gastronómica local y tanto la comida como la experiencia en general fue realmente genial y tiene mis recomendaciones más cálidas.

Magadin era un guía fantástico. Probamos muchas comidas diferentes y pudimos visitar diferentes partes de El Cairo y Guiza e incluso montamos en un tuk tuk.

Fantastic tour and guide
We were very pleased and satisfied with this food tour. The guide was well educated friendly woman and she showed us so much, each stop had so many things to try, it does promise 40 options and yes it's true ! there are a lot of things that you can taste at each restaurant and also the interesting street food.
My partner wanted to try something extra and the guide happily did it and didn't ask us for extra payment or anything. Highly recommend it

Memorable Food Experience!!!!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience on the food tour hosted by Ahmed. From start to finish, she was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly passionate about Egyptian cuisine and culture.
What I loved most was the focus on local, authentic dishes—the kind of places and flavours you may never find on your own as a visitor. Every stop felt carefully chosen, offering a true taste of Egypt’s rich culinary heritage. Ahmed took the time to explain the history and ingredients behind each dish, which made the experience even more meaningful.
If you’re looking to explore Egypt through its food, I highly recommend this tour. Come hungry, you’ll leave full, happy, and with a deeper appreciation for the local culture. Shukran, Ahmed, for such a memorable experience!

This local food tour with Magy was absolutely awesome. Crazy value for money — so much food that we honestly couldn’t believe it. Everything was delicious, and Magy was absolutely amazing: fun, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend!
