We were hestiating between a 3 and 4 for this review so here is everything:
- The pickup went great at 4am , driver was excellent both on the way to the airport, and on the way back!
- Once in Luxor , Dina our guide was very knowledgeable and had all the information we wanted. The car was very clean and the driver would always put the shades in the back seat while we were out visiting to make sure the car is cool on return so that was great.
- Visiting Luxor was great, everything in the inclusions was there, but I wish the ticket prices also included some of the other tombs , we had to pay extra for (ex: Tutankhamun) .
Now the reason for removing some stars:
-The company owner was very pushy on WhatsApp for a month before, and even after the tour to buy more from them, Talking 20-30 messages asking us to buy more tours. It made us want to buy tours less than if he didn't try to push it as bad.
- Dina the guide was sick during the tour and was coughing a lot, and we both got sick afterwards.
- The flight back was booked at 8pm , and the tour operator guaranteed us that the tour would finish at 5pm. However, we spent all the time we wanted at every stop, and the tour finished at like 2:30pm so we had to wait near the airport for 6 hours, with no wi-fi for the flight. I am dissapointed because I asked the operator to confirm it would go until 5 but there is no way it could take that long, probably cost savings as we could have easily gotten the 16h30 flight.
- The tour operator got the wrong names on the flight tickets. It did not affect us in the end, but it was added stress that the names were not put right on our flight tickets.
- The guide will propose a place for you to lunch at which costs extra during the tour. It wasn't pushy, and we decided to get the "included" sandwhiches which were amazing. I advise you to check out the reviews on google on the place they propose as it doesn't look great, but we didn't go so cannot comment first hand. Again, the included falafel sandwhich was great, but we had water at the start of the tour, but not an additional soft drink with lunch as in the description.

Another awesome tour
The private tour was awesome. Driver Kaddi and tour guide Remon Romany are excellent. We learned more history during the tour and Remon is easy to talk to and easy to understand.

Day trip of Luxor from Cairo.
Luxor was a very beautiful and comfortable city. I joined a day tour from Cairo, which included transportation from the hotel to the airport, a guided tour of the main historical sites in Luxor, and everything was efficiently organized. Our guide, Dina, was kind and supportive. Since we couldn’t understand all the English explanations, she focused on clearly explaining the important sites to help us understand better. At the end, we had some extra time before our return flight, so it would have been perfect if the tour had included an earlier flight back.

Luxor by plane day tour
The Luxor by plane day tour is excellent. You leave early in the morning from Cairo International and upon arriving Luxor You meet Your driver and guide. My driver was Muza and My Guide was Mona. They we're both very nice and welcoming. We had time to enjoy all the most important landmarks at Luxor and I had lots of pictures taken. Amazing experience. Ranco Travel Egypt. Highly recommended.

The Tour Guide is Worth it!
We were connected with our driver promptly the day before. Raafat picked us up promptly at 4 AM, and drove us to Cairo airport.
Our private guide, Dina, also texted me the night before letting me know that she was going to be our guide for the day. She told me that she would be waiting for me right outside of the airport as soon as we got out. She is 1000% amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. On our way to our first destination, I realize that I have left my headphones in the airport bathroom. She swiftly turned around the driver and told me that it was going to be OK and we went right back to the airport and found them.
Dina made us feel safe, she was well knowledge and didn’t push anything we didn’t want to do.
She recommended we went to a more upgraded lunch area, which was well worth the few extra dollars. We got an extra tour on the Nile River!
We told her that we wanted to buy a scarf and she took us exactly to an area where local Egyptian women were making scarves. After our tour was over, we told her that we wanted to see some spices in the area and she took us to a local place. Enjoyed the spice place, however if you are going to purchase please stay vigilant to what you are being charged, and there are minimums when purchasing. I’m 100% sure the owner said $50 but ended up charging me $60 for everything I bought, no complaints because I still feel like it was worth the price, but always stay vigilant.
I cannot stop saying praises about our tour guide. Please ask for Dina, you won’t regret it.

¡Este viaje es imprescindible!
Remon fue nuestro guía para el día, solo mi marido y yo y fue absolutamente fantástico.
Nos recogieron en nuestro hotel y nos llevaron al aeropuerto, luego nos recogieron en Luxor y nos fuimos por el día!
Empezamos en el Templo de Hatshepsut, que era genial hacer lo primero antes de que hiciera mucho calor. Luego pasamos por una tienda de Alabastro, donde todos eran tan amables, todos tenían buen sentido del humor y nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos a mi esposo y a mí. El siguiente fue el Valle de los Reyes, y fue fenomenal ver las tumbas, ¡y algunas de ellas tan bien conservadas!
Definitivamente tómese su tiempo, no se apresure a través de estas experiencias!
Entonces decidimos tomar un barco en el río Nilo a la isla de Banana y tuvimos un almuerzo egipcio increíble, la comida era TAN BUENA!
Luego nos dirigimos al Templo de Karnak, todo lo que has visto en televisión o Internet ni siquiera se compara. El siguiente fue el Templo Luxor, es increíble que estos templos aún permanezcan. Remon fue simplemente increíble dándonos tanta información en cada sitio, respondió a todas las preguntas que mi marido y yo teníamos. Pasamos todo el día con él y nuestro conductor y ambos nos hicieron sentir tan bienvenidos, cómodos y nos aseguramos de que tuvimos un gran tiempo. Tuvimos un gran almuerzo Falafel antes de ir al aeropuerto para volver a El Cairo.
Hice mucha investigación sobre estos tours antes de reservar, este es definitivamente el que quieres reservar! Nunca nos sentimos presionados para comprar nada de los vendedores, nunca nos sentimos apresurados a través de ninguno de los templos. Esta fue la mejor experiencia que hemos tenido en Egipto, cuando volvamos me voy a hacer con Remon de nuevo!

Excelente excursión del lado este y oeste del Nilo
La excursión estuvo espectacular, muy completa y bien explicada por DINA, nos dio mucha información, su inglés fue claro, a pesar de que nosotros no lo hablamos a la perfección ella se expreso en forma sencilla y pudimos entender y disfrutar.

Marat era un guía fantástico, amable, proactivo e increíblemente considerado. Ella realmente va más allá para hacer la experiencia especial. Por ejemplo, me trajo un café a la llegada y me animó a tomar fotos en lugares particulares para las mejores tomas.
En el Templo de los Reyes, tuvimos problemas con la máquina de cartas, pero Marat fue un solucionador de problemas rápido, asegurando que todo fuera sin problemas.
