Absolutamente gran experiencia!
Tuvimos una gran experiencia con nuestro guía Amr. Era muy amable, muy bien informado y tiene mucho humor!
Empezamos con un 2 - 2. Viaje de 5 horas a El Fayoum, donde paramos en varios lugares de interés. Amr nos estaba tomando fotos geniales! Nos dio mucho tiempo para descubrir todas las partes hermosas. La cascada era increíble.
Nos divertimos mucho con el viaje en barco y sandboard. El almuerzo fue delicioso con pescado fresco y parrilla mixta. Y un plus: El coche tiene una gran (y funcionando! ) bocina, llevándonos sanos y salvos de vuelta a nuestro hotel : - )
Sin duda recomendamos a cualquiera para hacer este viaje!

Oasis of the desert
The tour was great and informative, It was a refreshing break from busy streets of Cairo. The driver and tour guide Amr were very wonderful, They came to pick us up on time to take us to Al Fayoum , he explained things along the way. We had a great time visiting the waterfall and oasis, . Highly recommend visiting Al Fayoum

A MUST DO ACTIVITY WHEN YOU VISIT EGYPT
We had an action packed itinerary that included sand boarding (definitely a highlight—must be fit to get back up the hill), riding through the desert dunes in a jeep (required a small upgrade fee but well worth it), visiting a waterfall in the middle of the desert (beautiful photo op) sailing a felucca (they let us take turns sailing), and viewing Mudawara mountain. We also had the chance to see some pottery at the Tunis village, visit a jewelry shop for an cartouche, and spices market. Our tour was with Amr, a lively character who made sure we had fun during our excursion. Mahmoud, our driver, got us safely and comfortably from our hotel to the national park. Overall, this was a highlight of our Egypt trip.

Amr was the best tour guide, took great care to make sure everyone was having such a fun time. I would HIGHLY recommend booking any tour.

Fantastic Desert Day
We had a brilliant family day away from Cairo to experience the desert and oasis. Amr was an excellent guide, contacting us prior to the trip to confirm arrangements and ensuring we were happy throughout the day. He told us about the history of both Egypt in general and about the area we were visiting and we also discussed local culture. The sights themselves were magnificent and we enjoyed panoramic views, a boat trip and had a go at sandboarding or sandsledging in my case! We enjoyed a traditional lunch at a local restaurant before heading back to Cairo. Thank you Amr for a memorable day.

Reservamos esta actividad para nuestro viaje a Egipto en mayo de 2025.
Resultó ser de mala calidad. Nuestro guía era improvisado, poco profesional, confirmó que consiguió un trabajo de un amigo suyo porque necesitaba el dinero. Empezando por el viaje: música árabe a todo volumen, poca interacción e inclusividad. Explicaciones inexistentes. Desde el principio insistió en pagarnos todo, sin que se lo pidiéramos, incluso los extras no deseados. Cuando llegamos a las cascadas del desierto, nos llevó a un bar, invitándonos bruscamente a comer algo. Luego casi nos obligó a comprar dientes de tiburón. Ante nuestra negativa a comprarlos, prácticamente nos dijo que lo hiciéramos enfadado. Nos quedamos bastante sorprendidos, teniendo en cuenta que estábamos en medio del desierto a unas tres horas de El Cairo, evitamos armar jaleo. Nos pasaba de un compañero de trabajo a otro y todos esperaban propina por todo. Durante el sandboard prácticamente chocó a mi novia, sin explicarle nada e incluso cayéndose cuando intentaba hacerlo él mismo. Muy insistente en todas las actividades. Terminamos diciendo que nos pidió insistentemente varias veces que dejáramos una reseña antes de bajar del coche, encontrando numerosas excusas para comprobar lo que podíamos escribir. Incluso después de decirle que no teníamos acceso a Internet, nos ofreció puntos de acceso para obligarnos a escribir. Por último, nos preguntó varias veces si necesitábamos sacar dinero para propinas. Así que al final de la actividad, pidió que le pagáramos en parte en euros por unos dientes de tiburón que había comprado a la fuerza, además del almuerzo y una propina para él que nos obligó a pagar. No éramos libres de pagarle ni siquiera lo que habíamos decidido. Experiencia para olvidar, por favor, no se vea obligado a escribir críticas positivas. Y de todas formas, Viator es un mal intermediario para reservar actividades. Todas las demás actividades reservadas con Get you guide o TripAdvisor fueron estupendas.
