Ahmed era increíble! Muy amable y aprendimos mucho no solo sobre comida, sino también sobre Egipto y El Cairo.
Hicimos varias paradas de comida diferentes, todos lugares locales que no habríamos encontrado como turista. Tuvimos mucha suerte de ser los únicos en la gira. Probamos muchas comidas locales diferentes, nuestras favoritas eran los Falafel 😍
Gracias Ahmed por una gran noche, fue un verdadero punto culminante de nuestro viaje.

Great local food tour
We really enjoyed the food tour with Ahmed and his wife. My wife, 11 year old daughter and I did the tour together. My wife and daughter are both vegetarian and Ahmed was able to accommodate us. We multiple stops for street food, juice, and dessert. None of the places were spots we could have found on our own. We did this tour on the last day of our trip. I really wish we would have done it on the first because it really helped us understand the local neighborhood better. I will be recommending Ahmed to any of my friends traveling to Cairo.

Cairo street food
The trip was great :) 😊 everybody enjoyed the selection of dishes. We were in three local restaurants and a juice bar with sugar cane juice press and a dessert spot. I have never eaten so much in my entire life!

Really good food tour, you will taste egyptian flavors while walking around like local people do. Ahmed is a great host, we even had a subway ride lol!

Great Family Local Experience!
This was a great experience! What a great way to experience Cairo and the local cuisine.
First off the communication from Ahmed and Shorouk was great. They stayed in touch from the time of the booking all the way through the tour.
They were amazing hosts. Their knowledge of their city and food were top notch. They also have great energy and genuinely came off as loving what they do.
We met Ahmed, Shorouk and their 2 daughters at a juice bar in downtown Cairo and from there we visited several local food spots. They were very accommodating to our group of 4 as a couple of us are vegetarian. One of the highlights was a visiting a local falafel joint where they showed us how they make the falafels from scratch and then we got to enjoy the fresh, warm, crispy, tasty falafels.
We were full at the end of the tour and had to start splitting our food because of how full we were. Everything was really good! Would recommend this tour if you are staying in Cairo!

Fantástico tour gastronómico!
No todos los tours son iguales. Es tan bueno como el guía turístico. Ahmed y Souk han elegido cuidadosamente lugares conocidos por los lugareños. Tuve suerte de tener una gira en solitario con Ahmed. A cada lugar que íbamos, le daban la bienvenida como familia. Era genuino, amable y generoso.
Tuve una experiencia increíble. Era conocedor y de buen humor. Recomiendo encarecidamente este tour solo para conocerlo.
