Great tour, but many buts
I had a fantastic experience and a very good guide. Unfortunately I forgot his name.
Cruising the nile was a wonderful experience, and the tours we made were very good.
Just a few things that can be improved, which all concern the organization of the boat and not my guide:
1. It is not nice that at check-in you have to leave your passport at the reception and they give it back after dinner, because they say they need time for the computer and copy work. There are many tourists and it is not a good feeling that, if your passport gets lost, you have a big problem in this country with it's many passport controls.
2. It is not good that the boat often changes position while in the harbor place. So, if you are on your own, maybe because you went on your own, it is very difficult to find your boat again. They say that they won't leave before everyone is back, but more communication on board would be helpful.
3. Unfortunately the nights on the boat are without good view. The boats stay at night on harbor places with many boats next to each other, so you only see the old (but friendly) couple some centimeters away from your window in their room.
4. I had thought to spend more time in daylight cruising through the nile. I booked 3 nights and 4 days on board, but actually, it was only around 2 hours on day 2 and (best day) many hours on day 3 that I could enjoy what I most liked: Standing on the sun deck, watching this amazing landscape passing by. On day 2,we lost almost 2 hours because we had to wait some tourists who arrived late from a tour. So, we lost 2 hours in day light. I think the boat organizers should consider more the fact that the hours in daylight cruising are the most important ones for most travellers.
5. Most staff at boat were very friendly, except the ones at reception. They were not unfriendly, but distanced and only helping if you asked 2 or 3 times again.

¡Increíble recorrido con la gran guía, Syed, y la mejor experiencia!
¡Lo pasamos de maravilla en el crucero de Asuán a Luxor! Antes de comenzar el viaje en bote, fuimos a Abu Simbel (es algo que DEBE HACER, aunque es un viaje un poco largo en automóvil (alrededor de 3 horas en cada sentido), ¡es simplemente impresionante! Syed, nuestro guía, estaba muy bien informado y siempre se aseguró que nos brindó buenos antecedentes históricos y hechos. Mi esposo y yo nos enfermamos el último día, con una gastroenteritis viral, y Syed fue de gran ayuda, nos compró algunos medicamentos y constantemente verificaba si estábamos bien. Su atención y ¡La atención marcó una gran diferencia en nuestro viaje!
Realmente recomiendo este paquete, y con suerte obtendrá a Syed como su guía turístico, ¡él es el mejor!

Fantastic tour- amazing guide!
We had an amazing trip with Ahmed as our guide! From the moment he picked us up at the dock in Aswan right up to when we were dropped at our hotel in Luxor, everything was seamlessly organised and we felt looked after at every stage.
Ahmed really knows his stuff with 20 years experience and explains all the sites in an interesting, informative and understandable way.
We’ve wanted to do this trip for a long time and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Ahmed.
It’s absolutely worth investing in a private tour for the Aswan to Luxor cruise. You can see the sites at your own pace and beat the crowds as much as possible, as well as seeing some sites off the beaten track.
Highly recommend Ahmed and Egypt Unlimited Tours!

Private Tour from Luxor to Aswan
Seeing the amazing temples and the sites with a private guide is the way to go. Mo was a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guide. I hope he’s available for my next trip!

Amazing experience, Naggar is a legend
We had the most fantastic time! I cannot recommend this tour highly enough! We were so lucky to be given Naggar as our tour guide, he was exceptionally well organised and knowledgable, very friendly and made it such a memorable experience. The boat was very comfortable and luxurious, we were well fed and everything ran very smoothly. We will definitely be doing this tour when we return to Egypt, and will be requesting the wonderful Naggar!

Mauvais commencement mais bonne fin
Nous avions choisi cette croisière avec un guide privé pour les visites.
Je dois dire que notre avis est très mitigé.
La croisière était bien, notre cabine était propre et la nourriture était bonne. Notre seul regret est d'être arrivé plusieurs fois de nuit dans un port donc nous avons dû faire les visites de temple de nuit, ce qui est moins pratique.
Concernant la partie "visite privée", je dois dire que nous n'avons pas eu de chance, nous sommes tombé sur un guide qui n'avait clairement pas envie d'être là ( et a donc baclé toutes nos visites jusqu'à Louxor)et qui avait des comportements que nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié. Cependant j'ai envoyé un message au Tour Operator, expliquant la situation et nous avons reçu une réponse en même pas 20min. Mohamed nous a trouvé un nouveau guide immédiatement et lorsque nous sommes descendu du bateau, elle nous attendait.
Pour le coup nous avons eu la chance d'avoir Juju, qui est passionnée par l'histoire Égyptienne et qui était extrêmement intéressante et très drôle. Nous avons adoré nos dernières visites avec elle.
Nous avons été très agréablement surpris de la rapidité et la qualité de la solution qui a été trouvée.
Je recommande tout de même.

Wonderful and Memorable Experience
The cruise boat we got was Radamis. The entire tour - cruise, guide, car, driver, tour company, hot air balloon, everything turned out awesome. Memorable experience for our wedding anniversary trip. We were able to include optional tours with this cruise schedule. Though our train from Cairo arrived very late in the noon on the first day, the tour company managed to reschedule the itinerary and cover the places as much as possible. On time pickup and scheduled visits without any delay anywhere. Guide was very helpful, informative.

Highly recommend Egypt Unlimited
We had a great time and were completely looked after by Egypt Unlimited from start to finish. Egypt is a wonderful country but can be tricky without experienced guides. Our guide Ahmed Mahmoud was brilliant and we felt completely safe at all times - he was extremely knowledgeable but also allowed us free time to enjoy the temples and historical sites - the balance was perfect. At the end of our tour Ahmed arranged a taxi transfer from Luxor to Hurgurda and again ensured that everything went smoothly. We cannot thank him and Egypt Unlimited enough and have no hesitation to recommend to other Travellers.

This was an amazing experience From the time Mustafa our guilde picked us up he was very friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. The hotel was very clean and beautiful and the staff was amazing i highly recommend this tour
