The tour from Mr Amro and Egypt Unlimited Tours was fantastic. It is our first time in Egypt and we had a great time with your tour .Everythings went smooth and comfortable with Mr Amro.He is a very kind and generous man. He also politely advised us, How should we behave when walking outside without him to avoid scammers. He also provided knowledgeable information. The boat (Le feyan) is clean with a good facility .

Nuestro guía, Ahmed, fue muy interactivo, atractivo y conocedor. Tener un guía privado nos permitió evitar estratégicamente las multitudes, de modo que tuvimos momentos en los que estábamos solos disfrutando pacíficamente de los impresionantes monumentos. Como conocedor, Ahmed nos ayudó no solo con hechos históricos, sino también con consejos sobre cómo negociar y lidiar con las costumbres locales. Conoció a mucha gente y resolvió todos los boletos, transportes, sugirió cómo dar propinas y dónde obtener la mejor compra de recuerdos. En un par de ocasiones tuvimos un salto VIP - el - tratamiento de línea, como él conocía a los organizadores del sitio! Ahorramos mucho tiempo y molestias. We had an amazing experience with Unlimited Tours during our 4 days cruise on the Nile river. Everything was very well organised and our guide Ahmed Salama was very professional and knowledgeable about the history of Ancient Egypt. Additionally, he was giving us many tips for the rest of our trip. Highly recommended! The whole package was better than we expected. And the optional Air Hot Baloon over the Valley of the Kings in Luxor experience was life changing! :)

We were lucky enough to tour with Egypt Unlimited and had an amazing experience. The Fairmont Nile was a beautiful property and the staff was friendly. Having a guide meet us at the airport and assist with transfers eased our travel stress. They handled passports, luggage, everything. Alex shared a lot of history with us when we arrived and departed and was very engaging. He was eager to offer help and answer questions. Sheyma was our guide in Cairo and was extremely knowledgeable. We appreciated that she navigated the museums and crowds well. She usually took us aside to a less crowded attraction and spoke so that we could hear and see clearly. She shared a lot of fun facts and was very kind/open. She took amazing pics of us at the pyramid and coordinated a camel ride which was a bit scary-but exciting. We then met Mohamed and transferred to our boat. He ensured everything went seamlessly. The boat was nice with basic amenities. Our room had a leak that they tried to fix but it persisted. They were kind enough to upgrade us to a nicer room which we appreciated. The service and staff were exceptional onboard. We were impressed with the variety of food and dessert every night. There was a BBQ on the deck one night that we particularly enjoyed. Our next guide as we went south was Salama. He was like a walking encyclopedia. He knew so much about each monument, and did an amazing job. We appreciated that he explained the site before we went in and then let us explore on our own, looking for the highlights he explained. He also encouraged us to do a hot air balloon ride which was a trip highlight. We ended up having to depart the boat a night early and Mohamed was extremely accommodating and changed our flights/coordinated everything last minute. Overall we were very happy with the trip! Highly recommend Egypt unlimited for their great customer service and knowledge.

We had a wonderful time during our Nile cruise, which was operated by Egypt Unlimited Tours. The cruise ship was outstanding, the service and the food on board were excellent. All tours were well organised. The representative in Aswan, Mahmoud, was very friendly, punctual and helpful. The owner, Mohamed Mostafa, was very prompt and clear in his communications. I recommend him and his company.

Croisière très agréable permettant de profiter des paysages magnifiques qu'offre le Nil, sur un pont, très bien aménagé avec piscine, chaises longues confortables. Chambres très bien aménagées, confortables, excellente literie. Equipage d'une grande gentillesse et amabilité. Grande qualité des services proposés, notamment en restauration, niveau gastronomique. Nous avons bénéficié de l'accompagnement d'un guide (Ismail) francophone, de compagnie très agréable, passionné, pédagogue et efficace. Expérience que nous renouvellerions volontiers. Seul bémol, le coût excessif demandé par la société organisant les visites guidées, pour une visite supplémentaire ajoutée au programme initialement prévu.

First and foremost, our guide Amro was superb. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about all the sites. He answered all our questions and provided more information that we had ever known about Egypt before. He kept us safe and led us to paths at the sites that were so informative. He was like family to us. From hotel pickup in Aswan all the way to Luxor, he made everything run so smooth and seamless. Such a great guide! Thank you Amro and Viator.
