ガイドに問題あり
ナイル川クルーズ『ガイドに問題あり』
ガイドが怠慢でルーズ過ぎる。集合&出発時間は常に15～45分遅れた。ガイドが最後に来たり、客が揃っても点呼が始まらなかったり。そのため、観光時間は大幅に短縮され、船へ帰る時間は遅くなった。昼食15時、夕食21時になったことも。また、予定されていたメムノンの巨像には行かず。説明もなし。
バスの車内では、ガイドが4席を占領し、後ろに客がいるにも関わらず、大きくシートを倒してきた。また、乗客半分以上が仮眠している中でYouTubeを音量を下げす再生。無神経過ぎではないか。
ルクソールでは、土産物店2件、飲食店2件へ強制的に連れて行かれた。特に、昼食に連れて行かれたレストランは、ハエが無数におり酷く不衛生で不愉快極まりなかった。
時折、他船のツアー客がバスに同乗し、送迎のためムダに遠回りした。説明がないので詳細は不明だが、金銭の受け渡しを目撃した。
連絡事項は、WhatsAppで全て英語で送られてきた。ただし、ツアーとガイドの評価依頼(5つ星をつけて下さい、ガイドの名前を記載して下さいなど)だけは、日本語翻訳されたものが送られてきて、呆れた。ガイドの怠慢、無神経、不躾な態度、すべてがストレスだった。
また、送迎車バンの運転は、荒っぽく命の危険を感じるほどのスピードだった。あの運転に対して、チップを払わされたことが腹立たしい。
チップは、ツアーが始まる前に「これは決まっている」と4日分1人25＄を強制的に払わされた。
このツアーを二度と利用することはないでしょう。勧めることもありません。
ただしクルーズ船のスタッフは、みんな親切でフレンドリー。とても気持ちよく過ごせました。

Crucero por el Nilo
Si bien el barco era bastante viejo y necesitaba algunas actualizaciones para mejorar la comodidad de los turistas, lo que realmente hizo que la experiencia fuera memorable fue el guía turístico y algunos de los miembros del personal.

Once in a lifetime trip
This was a truly amazing experience. Our guide Dr. Khalid was very knowledgeable, and we felt very much at ease with him. Travelling in Egypt van be quite intimidating but he sorted out everything and we were able to see places that we would not have been able to go o our own, like Abu Simbel. The cruise was really good. Friendly staff and great food.

Great Experience! Dr. Khalid was an amazing guide who was very knowledgeable with the history of Egypt and especially the sites that we saw. Also, listen to the tips he gives you when buying, tipping and being amongst the locals. 32 years of experience and I will suggest him to my friends and family.

Esta fue nuestra primera visita a Egipto y queríamos ver muchos de los templos y monumentos antiguos e históricos que se encuentran a lo largo del río Nilo, por no mencionar ganar una apreciación por el poderoso río Nilo en sí.
Descubrimos este crucero por el río Nilo con guía profesional dedicado y decidimos reservarlo. El tiempo y el itinerario cargado estaban en línea con lo que estábamos buscando
Incluso antes de llegar a Asuán, la compañía de reservas nos envió unos cuantos mensajes de bienvenida y nos hizo saber qué esperar. Nuestro guía turístico Talaat también nos contactó personalmente, dándonos la bienvenida y asegurándonos que tendríamos una gran experiencia.
Teniendo en cuenta cada detalle, Talaat organizó una recogida privada en el aeropuerto para nosotros, y luego, cuando llegamos al barco, estaba allí para saludarnos en persona. Apreciamos que se tomara el tiempo para sentarse con nosotros y revisar el itinerario juntos.

TERRIBLE service!
Wow, I don't even know what to say.
We reached out multiple times via multiple channels to try to get responses, and we finally found a number on their website that is in service (the number on trip advisor is not in service, and they don't answer messages or emails).
These are the responses we received when asking simple questions. The person could have said "sorry, I don't have the answers but I can try to connect you with someone who does", or they could have said "sorry, due to the nature of our cruises, we won't know the answer until the day before the cruise departs".
Instead, they chose to be astonishingly rude.
Do better.

Talkative Abdo es un hombre muy amable también guapo. Nos contó muchas historias sobre el antiguo Egipto. Tuvimos un muy buen tiempo aquí.
