A 10-star experience. The cruise was quiet, clean, and had good food. Our guide, Talaat Abdo, was fantastic, fun, and explained everything very well. I would repeat the cruise and guide!

Everything was quite good overall, especially our tour guide, Tallaat, he was very helpful & knowledgeable, and the boat staff, they were great. However, there were some unexpected extra charges that left us disappointed. First, we were asked to give a $25 tip per person. I don’t mind tipping, but fixed amount it felt a bit strong for something optional. Then, we were told to pay an additional $25 per person for the hot air balloon ride, even though it was already included in our package. They claimed it had to be canceled due to government restrictions, but since other groups on the same boat had no issues, we questioned that explanation. After we insisted, they eventually arranged the balloon ride but still asked us to pay the extra $50 essentially charging us twice for something we had already paid for.

Precioso barco y buena comida. Nuestro guía Talaat Abdo era muy servicial, humorístico, conocedor y atento. Cuidó bien de cada uno de nosotros, compró todos los boletos de entrada y a pesar de un horario muy agitado se aseguró de que todos lo pasaran bien. Recomendaría encarecidamente este tour, pero nota 5 am salida del tour en tres días!

Si vous aimez vous lever en pleine nuit pour faire du car pendant neuf heures et rester seulement une heure et demie sur place, cette croisière est faite pour vous ! Convocation à 3h, départ à 4h, et surtout ne vous attendez pas aux 3h30 annoncées : l’improvisation, c’est leur spécialité. Le lendemain, réveil à 6h pour un départ… à 7h45. Pourquoi prévenir quand on peut faire poireauter les gens pour rien ? Et le meilleur pour la fin : 25 € de supplément à l’arrivée, pourboires imposés, parce que visiblement “optionnel” est un mot étranger pour eux. Organisation médiocre ,horaires absurdes et frais surprises : un vrai concept. Je ne recommande qu’aux amateurs de réveils inutiles et de sarcasme.

We had an incredible experience on your Egypt cruise, especially the guide Mr. Talaat, whose laud and clear English pronunciation helped us to understand everything better. His knowledge of Egyptian history was impressive and also his friendly demeanor made the tour more enjoyable and engaging. Keep it up !!!

O cruzeiro foi perfeito. Desde as comodidades à disponibilidade do staff, da comida ao programa, foi tudo ótimo. O guia (Khaled El Saiid) fez um roteiro muito bom, embora intenso (houve alturas em que se teve de acordar cedo, mais ou menos 04:00 ou 05:00), pois havia locais que eram de difícil e demorada chegada. Tirando a intensidade do programa, só tenho a dizer bem de tudo e aconselho seriamente quem quiser ter uma viagem tranquila e culturalmente rica.
