Wonderful experience !!! We were picked up on time from our cruise ship and driven to Abu Simblel. We stopped half way (on both ways) and kindly offered refreshments. Our guide (Mohamed Gad Allah) was very kind and courteous and explained everything about Abu Simbel, in addition to our many questions. Our transportation vehicle was very comfortable and we arrived back to our ship at the agreed time to join our tour group. All in all, we really recommend this company for this tour and specially our guide Mohamed Gad Allah. Many thanks to Viator and Mohamed Gad Allah !

Emad was an incredible guide - so knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. On one day we saw the Temple of Philae and on the next day we went to Abu Simbel as well as Kom Ombo and Edfu temples. They were magnificent and Emad spent so much time painstakingly explaining everything to me and telling me the stories behind the breathtaking paintings and carvings. I had the best 2 days in Aswan thanks to Emad :)

Nermien was an excellent guide! Wonderful trip to Abu Simbel. I recommend doing just the driver plus tour guide - don’t do the lunch… for what they charge extra per person for lunch it wasn’t worth it … but this didn’t take away from our awesome experience with Nermien!

My guide Samir was awesome! My tour was scheduled to start at 5 AM, which is very early. However, he was so prompt he arrived 10 minutes early. Because I was tired, he allowed me to sleep part of the way to Abu Simbel, but woke me up in time to see the sunrise. It was beautiful. Then it was on to Abu Simbel, where he gave me a bunch of information. More importantly, he gave me a sheet of paper detailing what you see inside each temple as tour guides are not permitted to enter with you. That helped tremendously for me to understand exactly what I was seeing. I was so pleased with the experience I ended up staying with Samir later that afternoon for an Aswan tour of the High Dam and Unfinished Obelisk. I would certainly recommend Samir and his company for a tour of Abu Simbel.

Niermen was superb! We were worried about missing a late flight from Cairo to Aswan so we flew in early the next morning and EMO tours was willing to work with us. Nierman picked us up at the Aswan airport and we got a later start than most people because our flight didn’t get in until 715AM. She took us on the tour to Abu Simbel and was willing to have a later start which meant we finished later than most everyone else, but we still got to do Abu Simbel even though we didn’t get into the airport till after seven. She was so kind. She was worried about the hotel we were staying in which was on elephantine Island. She called the hotel owner so he met us at the ferry on the other side. That was a good thing because I’m not sure we would’ve been able to find the hotel without his guidance. She was very good about answering all of our questions and the only one she couldn’t answer she looked up and told me the answer the next day on another tour that we took with her. She and Emo Tours are great and I would highly recommend them!

Mr Emad Aiad was very pleasant, informative and helpful with many requests - highly recommend him. Also the tour company, Emo Tours, has been very good. I have used them for several tours in Aswan and have others planned in Luxor.

Originalmente no planeé un viaje a Abu Simbel desde El Cairo, pero me lo recomendaron mucho, así que reservé un tour privado con Emo Tours y no me decepcionó. Me recogieron rápidamente en mi hotel en El Cairo y me llevaron al aeropuerto. Me recibió en Asuán mi muy bien informado y agradable guía turístico Makbola. Mientras conducíamos por el desierto del Sahara hacia el Templo de Abu Simbel, Makbola me contó la historia del Gran Templo de Ramsés II y el templo de Nefertiti. Los templos eran magníficos. . dentro y fuera. Después de explorar a fondo los templos, almorzamos pescado a la parrilla con pescado fresco capturado en el cercano lago Nasser. ¡Buen viaje! ¡Grita al conductor Hani!

Los templos eran fabulosos. Bien vale la pena el tiempo para ver. La coordinación de recogida fue horrible. Dijeron que nos recogerían en el vestíbulo del hotel. Tardó 45 minutos en darse cuenta de que era otro lugar.

Tu coordinación de recogida fue patética. Antes de dejar los Estados Unidos, recibimos un correo electrónico informándonos que nos recogerían en el lobby de nuestro hotel a las 6 am. También pidieron números de pasaporte que proporcionamos. El día antes de la salida, nuevamente pidieron números de pasaporte que nuevamente proporcionamos. Esto fue por mensaje de texto y teléfono. A las 545 am del día de la gira estábamos esperando en el lobby. Al 615 comencé a enviar mensajes de texto y correos electrónicos con los números de contrato del día anterior. Finalmente, a las 645, alguien informó que la camioneta estaba en un lugar diferente. Finalmente llegamos allí y comenzamos nuestro recorrido una hora tarde. Trip Advisor debe proporcionar números de contacto firmes para el guía real 24 horas antes del recorrido para que se puedan confirmar los detalles. Una vez en el recorrido, encontramos que el conductor y el automóvil eran 5 de 5 y el guía 4 de 5.
