I made a last-minute plan to go for this trip. I made the payment online. My phone was not working. Somehow, Suzanna and her crew got in touch with the hotel and picked me up at the right time. Obviously, I did not require a tour guide. Going in and coming back was quick, swift, and very comfortable. The staff was wonderful. I strongly recommend using their services for anyone who plans to go to Abu Simbel. Waleed, the driver was very competent and sweet.

Alles war wunderbar. Wir wurden nach der Buchung schon vorzeitig von Suzanna auf WhatsApp kontaktiert und über alles informiert. Sie war stets sehr zuvorkommen und freundlich. Wir mussten die Tour um einen Tag verschieben, was jedoch kein Problem darstellte. Wir wurden am Tag der Tour morgens um 04 Uhr von ihr angeschrieben, dass ein paar Gäste in einem anderen Hotel etwas auf sich warten gelassen hatten und die Fahrer ungefähr 5 Minuten später da seinen. Dies stellte für uns kein Problem dar, war jedoch sehr zuvorkommend von ihr. Auf dem Weg nach Abu Simbel erkundigte sie sich ebenfalls, ob alles in Ordnung sei und als wir wieder im Hotel waren ebenfalls. Ausgezeichneter Service ihrerseits. Vielen Dank! Die Tour selbst war ebenfalls sehr schön. Wir waren eine Kleingruppe in einem klimatisierten Minibus. Vor Ort hatten wir ungefähr 1,5 Stunden Zeit, um uns Abu Simbel anzuschauen. Diese sind sehr beeindruckend und der Blick auf den Stausee ebenfalls. Es ist erstaunlich, wie die Tempel abgebaut und an anderer Stelle wieder aufgebaut wurden. Alles in allem eine perfekte Tour. Gracias a Suzanna, realmente disfrutamos nuestro viaje a Abu Simbel. La verdad es que el viaje fue largo, pero paramos un rato para ver el amanecer en el desierto, tomar un café o simplemente ir al baño. Todos estuvieron muy al pendiente de nuestro grupo, principalmente, durante y después del viaje. lo recomiendo ++

This trip was great, the tour guide was nice but what I loved the most were the friendly drivers picking us up all the way from Aswan up to abu simbal and back. They were super friendly and inviting and would always check in on us if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and also thank Suzanna for answering all our questions and help us prepare for the trip.

Parfaite organisation. Elarya de la compagnie nous a contacté pour être sûr que nous avons bien été pris en charge par le chauffeur de bus. Nous étions dans un mini bus confortable avec peu de touristes. Nous avons eu assez de temps pour visiter le temple sans visiter au pas de course.
