¡Excelente idea! Experiencia única gracias a la ayuda de Heba y su guía. Ella marcó una GRAN diferencia y definitivamente no habría sido lo mismo sin ella. It was wonderful we had a great time. The tour guides were excellent. Heba from the agency arranged absolutely everything for us, you just tell her what you want to do and she will do it for you. Amazing! Thank you Heba for all your help.

Fuimos recibidos en el aeropuerto de Asuán por nuestro guía turístico Ahmed que estuvo disponible para nosotros durante los 4 días. Nos acompañaron al barco donde comenzamos nuestro recorrido ... la tripulación fue amable, la comida deliciosa y el alojamiento cómodo. The greatest tour guide who can speak Japanese and English very well and the travel company,Egypt Gift Tours (EGT), I’ve ever had. The tour guide can explain about the history of Egypt, pyramids, and statues etc in detail. EGT always answer to questions right away and made us feel good. They know how to take care of tourists. Viajaba con mis padres, ambos de 65 años, así que tuve cuidado al reservar. Seleccioné este paquete después de revisar las reseñas en viator (sobre el viaje y Heba).
Heba estuvo constantemente en contacto y se aseguró de que todo fuera conveniente. No es fácil coordinar con tanto detalle, pero Heba fue excelente. También tomé su ayuda para planificar mis otras excursiones en y alrededor de El Cairo / Giza. Ella nos ayudó con todo.

en general, una gran experiencia, Asuán, Abu Simbel, Kom Ombo, Edfu, Luxor, todos son lugares fabulosos, Egipto estaba largo en mi lista de verificación y me alegro de haber hecho este viaje. El paseo en globo fue la guinda del pastel.

Ahmed our tour guide is well versed in Egyptology. He made all the sites we visited entrancing.
I was in a group of 8 people and each person received Ahmed's undivided attention. He goes beyond his call of duty from arranging pick up and tour for the ones in our group who got lost to finding suitable alternatives to ensure they trip was stress free.
Ahmed is an amazing person. He is always smiling.
The cruise on the Nile was also pleasurable. The food, service,crew, and accommodation was all wonderful.
The hot air balloon was also fantastic.
I highly recommend using this company for your tour and adventure while in Egypt.

Comfortable cruise but and great operator
Had a very good experience with this this operator. From the beginning Hebba was very good in communicating and helped plan out my itinerary in Egypt.
The Cruise itself was comfortable and Ahmad the guide was very good. He was very helpful in all aspects. He took care of everyones needs during our time at the cruise. He went out of his way in helping his guests.
Would strongly recommend Egypt Gift to other friends.

Heba support in this trip was unparallel to any other operator/guide in Egypt. she catered to needs of the child, plan changes, unexpected delays, logistical challenges as well as changes in guide. the most i like about her service is the hospitality, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Nile Cruise
This was a great experience. The communication from the company was excellent throughout. Our guides were always knowledgeable, and it made the experience much better having a private guide or being in small groups, as opposed to those giant tour groups you see. It packs a lot in and it’s some early mornings, but all around fantastic.

Very disappointed.
We were very excited booking this cruise after reading all the reviews, but left this trip with a huge disappointment.
The ship was so outdated and smelly. Even if I can understand that we were just unlucky since we can not choose the boat, ours was one of the worst. Our tour guide Ramsey was not professional so made this cruise experience even worse. He was not knowledgeable about ancient Egypt and very unorganized. Most of time he couldn’t answer our questions, his English was hard to understand. Our group felt lost during the tour. However, hot air balloon was amazing. Transportation arrangement from and to the airport was smooth, and Abu Simbel was incredible.
It’s unfortunate that we feel we wasted our time and money on this cruise.
