Overview
PADI Open Water Diver course is conducted by PADI certified professions and provides is a life long certification to dive to 18m independently which is recognized world wide. Comprising of 4 Open Water Dives, 5 Confined Water Dives and 5 Theory sessions the course is completed in 3 days. The Open Water Dives are conducted in the beautiful waters of the Egyptian Red Sea providing the opportunity to see the diverse array of marine life.

Good to know
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers

- Minimum age 10 years old
- Not suitable for pregnant women or participants with back problems, heart complaints or other serious medical conditions
- Diving within 24 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
- A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or change of activity

Thoroughly enjoyable
Friendly and professional. Our instructor - Eslam made us feel at ease (even when I was really nervous) and we enjoyed every dive, so much so that we booked on to do our advanced course later in the holiday.

World-class diving with a world-class instructor
We did the open water diver course with Julian and it was a world-class experience. Julian is a great instructor who explained everything very clearly whilst maintaining a great sense of humour throughout. We covered all of the skills and developed our competence and confidence - by the end of the course, we were very eager to dive more and we are organising more dive trips with Julian and Pyramids!

Learning to scuba dive
We had a great time learning to scuba dive with Pyramids! Our instructor Julian was very patient and explained things clearly, and the rest of the team were extremely helpful too. The underwater sights are amazing and we are hoping to do another dive before we leave. Thank you!

Amazing
The people there are super expert and guide throughout everything you need to be a certified scuba diver. The guide Mohammad is one of the best you can get as I was lucky to get him as an instructor Mohamed Abd Elkarim.
