Viaje Fantástico

unique and magical experience, I thank our driver Ahmed Saleh who took us there and back in the safest and most comfortable way, contemplating the Egyptian desert until we reached our destination in Luxor. We were received in Luxor by our guide in Spanish Yomma, without her great knowledge we would have missed unique details about the Karnak Temple, the Colossi of Memnon and the Tomb of the Kings, we also traveled along the Nile River by boat and she took us to a unique workshop where alabaster is worked in the same way as it was done in ancient times for tombs and engravings, A simply magical journey back in time and definitely highly recommended.

Day trip from Hurgada to Luxor

We had a private day trip from Hurgada to Luxor with Legacy Tour. Everything was perfect and fulfilled our expectations. The driver was kind and very good, everything from the programme was done, even the 30 minute cruise on the Nile which was included in the price, and at last but not least the guide Ahmed Elsisi was very professional, kind and knowledgeable about everything with very good English. A real expert on Ancient Egypt. We strongly recommend the Legacy Tour as well as the guide Ahmed Elsisi.

Great experience today...

Great experience today visiting Luxor we did the private tour and this was. A perfect option as with children ages 11 & 8 it allowed to do the tour at our own pace and in our own time. Our guide Ahmed Elsisi was great he explained the history in a way both children were engaged and understood. We then had opportunity to explore on our own and he took lots of photos for us. We would highly recommend him. We also had two great drivers who picked us up from Hurgada and drove us to Luxor we felt completely safe and they drove us round Luxor. They provided us with plenty of drinks and looked after our bags so we didn’t have to carry everything around they were excellent. Great trip today!

An Amazing trip to Luxor

We went for an amazing trip to Luxor and the valley of the Kings last Monday. We absolutely loved it and was made even better by having the best guide Professor Ahmed Elsisi he was so unbelievably knowledgeable about all the tombs we went in, it just made the whole experience fantastic. it was very hot so he tried to keep us in the shade as much as possible especially having 3 kids including a 2 year this was appreciated, And was so kind to my wife when she was shrugging in the heat. Highly recommend this trip and Guide.

Fantastic day with a wonderful guide!!

We had the most wonderful day on this tour with our lovely guide Professor Ahmed Elisis. He was so knowledgeable and told a story as we went around the whole day which was such a wonderful way to learn about Egypt and we all feel we learnt so much more than we expected to. We found having a guide for a day like this was a great decision as we would have gone around and thought everything was amazing but we loved learning about exactly what we were looking at. Ahmed knew so many people along the day which was wonderful as everyone was so friendly and welcoming, it really put us at ease. It was a very warm 40c+ on the day and after walking up and down to the tombs at valley of the kings I started to feel a little hot and fainted. Ahmed couldn’t of been more of a gentleman and took great care of me all day from then on when I wasn’t feel the best from the heat but ensured myself and my family still had a fantastic time. He is so knowledgeable and just a wonderful person. We highly recommend this tour and asking for Ahmed as your guide, you will be in very safe hands. Our driver was also really friendly and made sure we got everywhere on time and back safely to our hotel. He provided snacks and water in the vehicle for us and even leant €1 for an emergency toilet break on the way home. Be sure to take money for tips on the trip that would be our top tip. Fantastic day and would happily do it again.

Very nice Luxor tour

Very nice Luxor tour!!! We thought for a long time whether we book the classic coach tour or decide for a small group tour, in the end we even decided for this private tour because our children at 5 and 7 years are still small and such a tour for the two very strenuous. After the tour I can only say we have no regrets!!! On the contrary! We felt looked after by our two drivers and Mark (guidebook) at all times and all wishes were always taken care of. I can thank you three and the whole team in the background just for this beautiful day 🥰🥰 The Valley of the Kings might have been more extensive (which we were also offered for an extra charge) , but in order not to overload our children we did not make an additional booking.

Walk like an Egyptian

It's a 3.5-hour drive from Hurghada to Luxor. The roads are in need of some Botox, lots of wrinkles (just being cheeky). Let's just say they aren't like back home. The tour in itself was pretty amazing. Professor Ahmed Elsisi did an amazing job explaining everything we wanted to know about. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job steering us clear of all the vendors (scammers that try to sell you cheap Chinese merchandise). Lunch was OK, considering they feed lots of groups of tourists. Our highlight was the burial chamber of Tutankhamun. Whatshisface...j/k, it was all great.
