Amazing tour guide but lacks proper management

Our guide Laila deserves 5 starts by the energy and knowledge making the visit a lot more interesting! However, I am giving only 3 stars because we were driving at least an extra > 2h in the car just to pick-up and drop-up clients in other locations that require a significant detor from the main Luxor path (track using Google maps). We in Hurghada had to be picked up at 4am and only arrived past 21h while others in our van were picked up at 6am and arrived at 19h45m! If you don't have clients enough in Hurghada to make your profits margins, just don't organize trips every day!! A car trip that could be done in 3h40m, lasted more than 5h just one way and this means that we spend > 10h total in the van!! That is unacceptable and makes the day super exhausting totally unnecessary.

Great trip

A wonderful day out exploring the temples and tombs in luxor and surrounding area. A very early start with several unexpected stops meaning a 4 hour journey became 6,but after a long drive we picked up out guide and had a very imfomative day with her. The temple at karnak is a sight to see as is the valley of the kings. A day not to be missed.

Do not book. Unprofessional service. You get what you pay for.

They never turned up!! All communication clear and good until the day. Then the morning of the trip waited for 40 minutes, contacted on app, sent 4 what's app, tried calling...nothing. Then 40 minutes after transfer time received a txt saying sorry, trip is tomorrow instead. We. Fly tomorrow. Unacceptable. Made an excuse that all trips cancelled for bad weather. It's now sunny no clouds. Other trips have left our hotel to luxor since waiting. Wish we'd used them instead. Even if the trip was actually cancelled for bad weather to be told 40 minutes after the trip should have left is ridiculous

We recently went on the...

We recently went on the Luxor and Valley of the Kings tour. Unfortunately our pickup was about half an hour late, which wasn’t a great start to the day. However, once the tour got underway everything improved significantly. Our guide, Laila, was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable about the history and the sites we visited, and she explained everything in a really interesting and engaging way. Her passion for the history of Luxor and the Valley of the Kings really came through, and she made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Despite the late pickup, the tour itself was very well organised and the sites were incredible to see in person. Thanks to Laila, we learned a lot and had a great day overall. I would definitely recommend the tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Laila as your guide.
