As per requested time will pick you up from your hotel in Aswan and drive to the south of Aswan which is around 3hrs drive to enjoy Abu Simbel day tour from Aswan by air-conditioned vehicle. The two Temples of Abu Simbel, with their unique style, are considered to be the masterpieces of ancient Egypt. They reflect the glory and grandeur of the new Kingdom. The Egyptian government and UNESCO decided to co-operate in order to save these temples from the flood. The Temple of Ramses II was dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and to Ramesses II himself. The great Abu Simbel temple is also called The Sun Temple of Ramses II.The Temple of Queen Nefertari is also Called Temple of Hathor who was the wife of the Sun God so in a symbolic way, the two Temples, that of Ramesses II and that of Nefertari, bring Ramesses II, Nefertari, Hathor and the Sun God together as one. Spend around 3 hours there then take the way back to Aswan.

Para los que contratéis...

Para los que contratéis este tipo de tours, tened siempre en cuenta que vas a tener menos de lo que te ofrecen. Además la info que te dan de la actividad contratada nunca es muy detallada. El conductor: un chicho majo que no hablaba inglés ni español. No te ofrecen agua embotellada como reza la publicidad. Menuda paliza se dio de conducir… El guía en español: No viaja desde Aswan. Quedamos con el en el parking de Abu Simbel. Sus explicaciones duran unos 20 minutos a la puerta del templo de Abu Simbel. Ni siquiera te acompaña a la fachada del tempo de Nefertari.

No english

Did not like that our driver did not speak english, for 3.5 hour trip, And he was late for pick up and made too many stops for gas for coffee for smoking for the toilet . Then we were handed off to different people the ticket guy then the guide all in the rush. On the way back we told him no stops because we were on a schedule for another tour and he still stopped for coffee and smoke and toilet stop on the highway. And i did pick an english speaking tour. I dont know things on this side of the world are a bit different with viator!

Overall had a great...

Overall had a great experience on this tour to Abu Simbel. Driver and Guide showed up punctually, car was brand new and comfortable, and the drive to the temple was very smooth. Our guide Mustafa was very informative, and also went out of his way to buy us drinks and then snacks for the airport at no extra charge. Would highly recommend this tour to Abu Simbel!

We had Samy Saleh as our...

We had Samy Saleh as our guide and he was absolutely wonderful! Super knowledgable and kind! Had a great time in Abu Simbel. Only one point of criticism: we were staying in a guesthouse on elephantine island and even though we specifically asked if the pick-up included the boat ride (which we were explicitly told it did) nobody showed up in the morning and we had to wait for the first public ferry to take us to the mainland before we could start the tour (which was 1,5 hours after it was supposed to start).
