Tolle Buggy & Quad Tour
Mehr als 5 Sterne. Wir hatten eine tolle Erfahrung mit Ramy im Rixos. Er war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett zu uns. Wir haben eine private Buggy- und Quadtour gebucht und waren sehr beeindruckt! Die Guides gaben uns mehr Zeit als vereinbart und zeigten uns zusätzliche Dinge in der Wüste. Oben, oben, oben! ! : ) Wir kommen wieder!

Safari is a great experience
Mohammed saber and other staff was great they take care of everything and the pictures were hilarious buggy was comfortable camel was interesting

Bad expérience
Rien à voir avec ce qui est annoncé. Balade en quad à 10km/h, 2 min de chameau...et que dire de ces pauvres bête... on nous avait promis les étoiles dans le désert en pleine nuit et au final on fait ça devant une énorme source lumineuse. On nous parle en Italien constamment...bref aucun intérêt !! Ah et sans oublier l écharpe à 20€ pour se protéger de la poussière qui coûte 1€ sur le marché à qualité similaire, du vol !!

Fab trip and great value for money!
We had a fantastic trip this morning. We went for a buggy/quad ride and a camel ride with El Sherif Safari. The kids had a fab time and the staff there were very accommodating with photographs etc. Mahmoud from El Sherif Safari was very friendly and pleasant to deal with, always smiling. I'd like to thank him for advising us of this experience. I would recommend this company. Great value for value and time well spent :)

Be Cautious When Booking Excursions at Rixos Premium Seagate – Do Your Own Research First!
We had a fantastic 7-day all-inclusive stay at Rixos Premium Seagate in Sharm El Sheikh – the resort itself was brilliant, the service top-notch, and our holiday was very enjoyable overall. However, what really ruined part of the experience was booking a desert safari tour through one of the in-house agencies located inside the resort. Thinking that these agencies were vetted or supported by Rixos, we trusted them and booked a safari tour with El Sherif Safari through a representative named Faris. He was polite and convincing, and we assumed the premium price reflected a premium experience. Unfortunately, we later discovered we paid over 10 times more than the market price for similar services offered outside the resort. The tour itself was mediocre – the quad bikes were in okay condition, but we had to stay in a strict line, which limited the fun. The camel ride was less than 90 seconds, very underwhelming, and one camel seemed to be in distress. The “premium dinner” included a private chef for our group while others had a buffet, but still did not justify the extremely inflated price. The show was very disappointing. To make things worse, we saw other groups on the same route with newer quad bikes, reflective safety vests, and a much more organized setup. I can’t recall the name of their company, but they definitely looked more premium. After doing some research and talking to others, we found that many had far better experiences with other providers at a fraction (one-tenth) of the cost. While the guide Haitham was excellent and very friendly, I strongly urge future guests to research online, compare options, and avoid booking directly through the in-resort agencies without checking first. These companies take advantage of their location inside a premium resort to charge unjustifiable prices, and that leaves a bad impression. Transparency and fairness are a must.

Erstaunlicher Tagesausflug
Die ganze Erfahrung war erstaunlich, wie von Mahmoud versprochen. Die Reise hatte alles von schönen Schluchten zu Schnorcheln Quad fahren, und eine Kamelfahrt. Würde es zu 100 % empfehlen.

Amazing trip
Perfect trip with Mohammed Saber as our guide and Amar as our photographer. Great food and entertainment and the quad bikes were so much fun.
