Was amazing the pyramids is something that will never forget the staff was all friendly and knew what that was doing made the whole day feel at ease the only thing I would say is pack plenty of food and drink (the food wasn’t great) and the dinner that ordered was bad but that’s not the staffs fault doing the tour or organising would recommend this to all people visiting the coach is very long trip but 100% worth it

Trip to Cairo and Pyramids with Magic Tour was amazing.We visited many places during this day,Egypt Museum,perfume shop,papyrus shop,and of course Pyramids.Our guide,bodyguard and both drivers very professional and helpfull. The only minus is distance,it take about 7-8h one way. Thank you for great experience. Team Ramzes!

Amazing day trip of Pyramids of Giza, we were pick up from our hotel at 12:00 midnight, and arrived at museum in the morning around 9am, it was a perfectly planned trip, we were given decent time for all the points of interests, on the way back we left Cairo around 6pm, we arrived back at our hotel around 1am. It’s slightly tiring but definitely worth it, the group was divided as we all were provided guides according to the language, we were given English Guide, where as others were given Russian and Turkish guide. Admission fees to Museums and Pyramids area is included, however if you wish to go inside and hike into one of the pyramids, you need to buy another ticket separately. Lunch buffet is good with variety of food and BBQ included in the price for whole trip. On the way back we were given option to buy a McDonald’s meal that’s provided to us on the bus for $7USD, again it’s worth it after long day and when you know it’s 6 hours journey by bus. Definitely recommend it and again it’s worth it, don’t forget it’s one of the wonders of the world.

The bus operators showed little concern for tourists. Throughout the trip, they repeatedly pressured us to buy items instead of focusing on the actual sightseeing. At the Pyramids, we were not given even one full hour to explore, yet we were made to sit on the bus for several hours unnecessarily. The overall schedule was badly planned. We reached the hotel at 4:00 AM the following day, and the return journey alone took almost 12 hours. To make matters worse, at around 3:30 AM, the bus tyre was punctured. Given the late hour and safety concerns, we were forced to take a taxi at our own risk and expense, paying 800 EGP to return to the hotel. This trip was a complete waste of our valuable time and money. The lack of care, poor organization, and disregard for passenger safety made this an unacceptable experience. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and request an explanation and appropriate compensation.

1 . Abholung um 11 Uhr vom Hotel und ich muss warten bis 1 : 15 Uhr ish in den Bus zu steigen 2 . Steuern muss ich nicht zahlen. Warum ist das der gleiche Preis für verschiedene Währungen? 10 GBP, 10 USD, 10 EURO. Sind sie gleich? Aber keine Veränderung 3 . Der Coach kombiniert mit verschiedenen Sprachgruppen, aber sie kümmern sich nicht wirklich um Englisch. Meistens folgte einfach blind ohne Erklärung. 4 . Sie versuchen, Geld mit dem Essen zu verdienen ( 10 USD im Restaurant, aber 12 USD für mich, weil ich Englisch spreche? ) Ich werde nicht sagen, völlig schlechte Erfahrung, sondern nur unehrlich und unorganisiert. Ägypten ist gut, aber möglicherweise nicht mit ihnen und ich bin nicht zu empfehlen.

In terms of value for money this is a good trip. However it is very long and you need to be very patient as there is a lot of stops and waiting about. If money is no option I would definitely fly but that would be about £5/600.00 more in cost. Ahmed the rep was very good indeed and made sure everyone was ok across the whole trip which was 24 hours in total.

We had an amazing time. I went as a group of 7 and we all left with memories for life. Everything in the itinerary was included with no hidden costs. Our host Khaled was really helpful along with all the guides. I highly recommend the tour for anyone with a day spare in Sharm el sheikh.

Trip was long but worth it to see the pyramids and sphinx. Did I want the museum tour to be rushed so I could visit a shop selling paper, no not really. Why not just put the price up a bit and include the Nile trip rather than sell it to me on the bus? Did I want to go to the perfume shop for an hour? Nope but you were determined!!!! The bits where we had to go the places selling stuff, paper, perfume meant we missed time at the real attractions please stop it. Would we go back to Cairo, oh yes! Some level of timetable, itinerary information would be good, actually answering questions about the itinerary would help!!!!

Finalmente dopo otto volte in Egitto vedo le piramidi e la sfinge!! che dire fantastico, io amo la cultura egiziana dell'epoca dei faraoni il mio preferito è Ramses II e III , trovarmi li ai piedi delle piramidi è stata una sensazione bellissima, ho visitato anche l'interno della piramide di micerino, anche se è vuota , comunque il mistero ti avvolge..La sfinge è immensa , questa grande scultura posta alla guardia delle piramide è spettacolare. Poi è stata la volta del museo , quello nuovo, anche quello immenso , sembra ancora da riempire, ci sono ancora tanti reperti da mostrare. E' anche un mini centro commerciale con negozi , bar e ristoranti.. Bello ma mezza giornata è poca per vedere tutto. Avendo l 'aereo alle 22 , la nostra guida ci ha proposto un giro in barca sul Nilo , voleva farci visitare un po il Centro del Cairo, ma è impossibile per il traffico!! Devo dire però che la mini crociera è stata meglio , vedere tutti gli edifici illuminati, le navi da crociera adibite a locai o ristoranti e tutte illuminate a festa pe il natale... una magia e una bella esperienza.

To be fair the activities were planned nicely we had entry to sphinx and the pyramids. The lunch buffet was low quality as food was not great. The most disappointing part of this trip was the verbal harassment from other customers and after reporting the issue to staff nothing was resolved. The coach space was immensely cramped and we were continually asked not to put our seats back despite the trip being over 7hohrs long. Highly do not recommend.
