It was painfully disappointing experience, the best bits was seeing the museum and the pyramids which we paid for twice
We were on time to get the bus, got to the coach, the people on the bus didn’t want to make space.
They had their bags on the seats, pillows on their seats and didn’t want to sit next to their friends and family.
The guide that was making sure we had our visa wasn’t professional, he didn’t speak English rarely to us. He explained in Arabic what was happening to the group but what about the English people you offered an English guide for. He didn’t ensure the seats were available for the additional guests,
The journey was supposed to be 8-9 hours which ended up being 11/12 hours. The stop offs were supposed to be 20mins but again ended up being 45minutes there waiting for rest room break and cigarette breaks.
During the bus journey we had no seatbelts and the chairs where loose. This was a big health and safety concern for me and my children. When the bus pressed the brakes the seats slid forward with us in them. These are the seats at the very back of the bus. I have video evidence of this. The seat could be picked up if I wanted to.
We first got to the museums has far as I am aware we already paid for everything the only thing that need to be paid for was the Nile river boat ride and that too was not up to standards. We were constantly waiting around and the guide seem like he was having a heated discussion with the boat drivers. The lunch was atrocious and we didn’t eat from being picked up at 00:00 and then having lunch at 13:00. We had to o serve ourselves and the flies where just hovering around the food which wasn’t very hygienic.
We paid for the entrance into the museums, we paid for additional services which we wasn’t informed about. I feel as if this is a scam tourists.
We basically paid for a bus ride with racist travellers and the guide on the bus couldn’t speak English or chose not to maybe due to racism. We were on the bus and the guide who counts and makes sure everyone is on the bus. Didn’t explain what was happening why we stopped. It is 3 am and the driver is unaware about his drop off points.
We now ended up stopping at the wrong hotels on the way back for no reason as this is unprofessional people trying to run a business.

Adventures in Cairo
One of the best trips I’ve ever been to.
The coach ride wasn’t the best but Cairo compensated for all the hardships- The Egyptian Museum with all the antiquities- The restaurant with beautiful view on the pyramids - the Papyrus Shop with amazing pictures- The camel ride at the Giza pyramids- the fantastic boat trip on the Nile and the perfume shop.
Our tour guide GEMEL was the best - thanks a lot!!!

Day Trip to Cairo - Bloody fantastic!! (16th August 2022)
What an absolute fantastic day! This trip is brilliant! The coach journey is long, but it’s totally worth it!!! Sarwat was our guide for the whole day and he was funny, brilliant and a very nice gentleman. His knowledge is outstanding! He tells everything like a story and hooks your interest from the second he starts talking. The tour around the Museum was excellent, and we even had 40 mins to explore on our own as well - which we used to see the Tutankhamen exhibit. Then we had a lovely boat ride on the River Nile and Sarwat had no problem taking pictures of me and my wife at the front of the boat with the view. Then we went to the Pyramids, and WOW!! They are everything you expect and more!! On site Sarwat stayed with us, again giving us some more fantastic information and he also made sure we did get caught out of any of the “tricks” from people trying to sell you items. Myself and my wife had a beautiful horse and cart trip and were able to take some brilliant photos of the 9 Pyramids. It was just fantastic!!!
Finally the Sphinx! Again just wow!!!! You will truly be in awe of the fantastic monuments that were built 3000+ years ago!!
This trip was part of our honeymoon and the team certainly made it very special! Thank you to everyone and BIG THANKS TO SARWAT! All the guides were fantastic, but if you are with Sarwat you will most certainly have a fantastic day and learn lots!

Kairo - Pyramiden alles Top --- Reiseführer vor Ort ein FLOP
Hallo zusammen,
ich habe vor ein paar Tagen eine Bewertung zur unserer Tagesreise nach Kairo und den Pyraminden geschrieben. Die Bewertung war eine 2 von 6 möglichen Sternen.
Ich möchte es hier reviideren, denn mit den 2 Sternen tu ich den MA der Reisegesellschaft unrecht. Sie haben alles getan, damit die Reise so angenehm wie möglich ist. Der Grund, warum ich nur 2 Sterne vergeben hatte, liegt in der Tatsache begründet, dass wir in Kairo einen Reiseführer hatten "ATEF", der uns vom ersten Augenblick an über den Tisch ziehen wollte. Ihm war nicht eine Sekunde darangelegen, uns übe die Kultur seines Landes oder der Geschichte was zu erzählen. Vielmehr war er damit beschäftigt, uns irgendwelche unnötigen Aktivitäten zu verkaufen.
Die Reisegesellschaft war im Nachhinein sogar bereit 50 % der Kosten zurück zu erstatten, was ich aber abgelehnt habe.
Zusammengefasst, wenn der Reiseführer euch unseriös vorkommt, dann sofort wiedersprechen und die Reisegesellschaft kontaktieren. Die helfen einem weiter.
In meinem Fall war es so, dass ich eine Migräne Attacke hatte und mich nicht vor Ort nicht wehren konnte. Ich habe es einfach über mich ergehen lassen.

Not wat we expected
The piramids were great. The museum tour was not needed as we did nog see anything special, and the waiting line was too long. The tour guide was not good… went very quick past anything. The only thing hè really took his time for was the explanation of the Islam, which has nothing to do with the pyramids. We did not ask for this.

Great tour guide
What an amazing day with our tour guide Sarwat educated proffessial tour guide we were very luck to have him take our tour very passionate and diverse explained everything in full in an fun and interesting way very engaging and approachable made sure we were safe and looked after making sure we understood local customs and made sure we got value for money on gifts and souvenirs he made sure we got the best price and we did spend at lot of money as the price was so good and he tailored the tour to what we wanted to see this tour guide made our holiday to egypt complete and turned around the horrendous cramped coach journey to Cairo around and made me a very happy customer he deserves a pay rise and a big bouns. We seen so much on this trip the Old Egyptian Musem and the extensive pecies they had was amazing the bedouin oil fragrance shop we were treated like VIP and got an offer 4 large bottles for £300 it was worth every penny the smell has retained now we are home and it works just like in the shop looking on amazon we got a better deal in egypt at the shop our tour guide reccomend. The meal was the best meal of the whole time in egypt and the back drop out the large windows were the pyramids. Perfect lunch after lunch we went to the first pyramids and move to 3 separate stops Sarwat went in to great details and answered all our questions in full. He organised a horse and cart ride which was good priced and so much fun he made sure the man who took us got photos of the 7 pyramids back drop and he ride was amazing he advised to let him know if any issues arise and not to give money out unless he was around as he would not let us get ripped off we had total trust in Sarwat and he made sure we were looked after we visited a shop and he made sure we got a welcome gift from the stall holder and he brought 2 items we really likes which were hand made in egypt and we got extra presents as well from the stall holder. We saw the sphinx and walked around the area we seen so much Sarwat arranged a view of a traditional papyrus shop where we were shown in detail how papyrus was made and treated very well showing us different art works we bought 7 pieces from there and even got prices thrown in for free with free writing on 2 of them it was a fun experience and I would do this trip again and hope we get Sarwat I would not do the coach bit again due to issues which were sorted out on the return leg but would fly. Egypt is safe it is a must to go.

Una esperienza meravigliosa!
Agenzia meravigliosa, super professionale che ci ha aiutato con le nostre escursioni.
Abbiamo fatto tre escursioni con loro:
La prima il Cairo con il pullman un po' stancante per le 9 ore all' andata e le 9 ore al ritorno, però appena si arriva lì te le dimentichi perché ne vale la pena andarci. Le strade per il Cairo super nuove e controllate noi siamo stati scortati da una macchina della polizia per tutto il viaggio. Una volta arrivati lì verrete affidati alla guida italiana, la nostra era davvero gentile e super preparata! Vedrete il museo Egizio e se vorrete,farete un giro sul Nilo per poi pranzare con vista piramidi.Dopo pranzo abbiamo assistito alla realizzazione dei papiri ed in seguito visitati le piramidi e la sfinge.Poi si ritorna a Sharm!
La seconda escursione è stata a ras Mohammed anche lì abbiamo avuto una guida simpaticissima ma super scrupolosa, ci ha guidato a fare snorkeling con pinne, maschere e giubbotto di salvataggio e per chi non sapeva nuotare li trasportava con la sua ciambella di salvataggio. Dopo lo snorkeling siamo andati al lago magico e alla porta di Allah,abbiamo visita il canale delle mangrovie e le due spaccature della terra provocate dal terremoto.
La terza escursione è stata la motorata con il quad nel deserto,anche questa con guida italiana, siamo riusciti a vedere il tramonto dietro il monte Sinai e abbiamo incontrato i figli dei beduini ( portate con voi cibo, dolcetti e cioccolata perché accettano di tutto) ti riescono a toccare il cuore. Poi ci siamo fermati nella tenda dei beduini dove ci è stato offerto il the.Il giudizio finale è che le tre escursioni sono state tutte oganizzate alla grande! L'agenzia è sempre presente e pronta ad esaudire ogni nostro desiderio! La migliore nella zona per qualità, prezzo e disponibilità! Grazie, grazie e ancora grazie! Ci avete fatto amare Sharm! ❤️

Good customer service
Unfortunately the website don’t tell you that the trip might take longer due to security checks, so each way you might be travelling up to 9h. I had to cancel the trip due to that but the tour operator was super helpful and friendly and offered an alternative solution .
