Fantastische Reise! Unser Führer (Sarwat) war unglaublich freundlich und kenntnisreich – er kennt sich eindeutig aus!
Die Pyramiden waren persönlich beeindruckend. Wir zahlten einen kleinen Aufpreis für eine Fahrt mit der Pferdekutsche, um einen tollen Blick auf die 9 Pyramiden und einige tolle Fotos dazu zu bekommen.
Die Bootsfahrt war auch für uns ein knapp zweiter Höhepunkt – wieder einmal konnten wir ein paar tolle Fotos schießen.
Das Museum war großartig, ich hätte gerne mehr Zeit dort verbracht, aber wir hatten einen so ereignisreichen Tag und die anderen Aktivitäten waren sowieso definitiv wichtiger.

Esperienza positiva, guida molto preparata e solo per la nostra famiglia. Unica piccola pecca attesa troppo lunga per le informazioni di partenza, ma per il resto impeccabile.
Faremo sicuramente altre esperienze con loro. Grazie per la.meracogliosa escursione che ci porteremo sempre nek cuore

Never Again, Scam
I have been using Viator for a while in different countries but this trip made me reconsider using Viator in the future.
I think that I was on an illegitimate / unauthorized tour. First of all, I was separated from my main group and comfortable bus and taken to a suspicious person on what they called a “private” tour. This person served as a “guide” who did not tell me anything about the pyramids or the Sphinx. When she was asked questions, she was very annoyed and/ignored me all together. She was too busy arguing with the driver and yelling on the phone. I did not learn anything about the artifacts. Hey yelling and being rude to tourists made me feel uncomfortable.
What was even more concerning is that we were taken into small sketchy shops where we were harassed into buying things. When I refused to buy, it was met with aggression. I was even told to leave the shop. These sales shops were not part of the trip agenda. Also, I felt unsafe and unpleasant.
When I was taken back to my main group, they were standing next to a licensed oil factory. They were all smiles and laughs. I was on the verge of tears after a day of being yelled at and harassed. I’m filing a complaint with Viator. This is unacceptable and no one should have to go through this.
P.S. Some people on the bus paid only $45, while I was charged $80. I felt scammed all around.

Well organised, Unforgettable, a real good day.
If you're in Egypt you can't miss this, the pyramids, river Nile, sphynx, and more. The trip was well organised, and our guide Sarrwhat was amazing his knowledge is second to none, his sense of humor made the day even better. Really an unforgettable experience.

Non credo ne valga la pena
Parto con l'esporre il motivo del voto basso: ad ogni tappa del tour il tentativo di fare comprare souvenir o altro ( come tempo un50 e 50 tra attività e tentativi di vendita , per me inaccettabile in un tour così intenso). Unica nota positiva ( eccetto le piramidi che sono ovviamente meravigliose) la guida karahm preparata e competente.
Partenza dal resort alle ore 23:45. Partenza da Sharm dopo l' 1:30. Arrivo a Sharm alle 10 e 30 . Giro al museo di 30 minuti , seguito da crociera sul Nilo (non effettuata perché non ritenuta fondamentale, l'alternativa è stata aspettare al Cairo non nel bus ma per strada; un caos tremendo). A seguire pranza senza infamia ne lode a buffet. Dopo finalmente piramidi e sfinge. Poi portati per circa 40 minuti in un negozio di essenze e per un altra ora in un negozio di papiri. Infine rientro a casa con arrivo alle 4:30 am ( il bus accompagna singolarmente le varie persone nei vari hotel senza servizio di smistamento con ulteriori navetta).

Le voyage en car est un peu long mais en vaut le détour! Notre guide Jamie était au top, toujours attentif des moindres détails et super sympathique, il nous a apprit énormément de choses!

Organizzata in modo eccellente, guida in italiano di nome Karam eccezionale , preparatissimo e competente e parla un italiano molto corretto .
Viaggio un po’ lungo ma per colpa dei troppi punti di controllo .

one thing i suggest is if time permits the tourists can have some shopping time near sphinx. be sure to bargain!.

Unvergessliche Erfahrung!
Eine erstaunliche Erfahrung! Ich war zum dritten Mal und mein Partner zum ersten Mal auf diesen Ausflügen. Reiseleiter sind immer hilfsbereit, wortgewandt und kompetent. Der vollgepackte Tag begann im berühmten Museum, hätte länger dauern können, war aber ein anstrengender Tag und wir sahen zumindest die Hauptattraktionen. Die Möglichkeit, mit dem Boot auf dem Nil zu fahren, hat Spaß gemacht und die Pyramiden waren atemberaubend! Der Guide gab mir Tipps, wo ich stehen sollte, um die beste Aussicht zu haben (ich musste mich nicht an die Gruppe halten) und ich verlobte mich vor den Pyramiden! Bester Tag überhaupt! Eine lange Busfahrt macht niemandem mit Mobilitäts- oder Rückenproblemen Spaß, der Bus selbst war jedoch von guter Qualität und verfügte über Toiletten (habe ihn nicht persönlich genutzt, da unterwegs genügend Rastplätze vorhanden waren).

Tiring journey to travel, pyramids are absolutely amazing
Visiting the pyramids was an amazing experience, we had a lovely guide called Sarwat, very knowledgeable in Egyptian history. I would recommend seeing the 9 pyramids together (the iconic photo) which you have to pay an extra £10 for. The boat trip to the river Nile is something additional which they offer for an extra cost, it was not too great there was plastic bottles and rubbish along the side of the Nile, you can see the Nile from the pavement where the bus is parks up. The journey from sharm el shiekh to pyramids took 11hours goiing and 11 hours coming back altogether the trip from pick up to drop off was 27hours, very long and exhausting, there were regular stops.
