Communication with the tour operator was outrageous. He hardly ever responded to my messages just to confirm the pickup time, to the point up to the pickup minutr i thought is a scam and the driver will not show up.
That being said, when the driver arrived the trip went smoothly. My issue is not with the driver but with tour operator. Other customers complained also about the lack of communication he does not answer message or get reached by the phone number he has on the website. The tour operator at my hotel checked the phone number and it belonged to some woman i never heard off.

Amazing service
Our driver Ahmed was very accommodating. We had a late start and notified him. He was very flexible with our schedule.
The drive from Luxor to Hurghada was a smooth ride. He did a great job.
I would highly recommend this transfer to those visiting Hurghada from Luxor.

Am 10. April engagierten wir über Viator einen Fahrer, der uns von Luxor nach Hurghada fahren sollte. Der Herr war pünktlich, sehr hilfreich beim Ein- und Ausladen unserer großen Gepäckmenge und erklärte Hugharda, als wir auf dem Weg zum Hotel in die Stadt einfuhren. Ich würde seine Dienste jedem Besucher wärmstens empfehlen.

Mein Fahrer war Ahmed Mido und er machte die Reise so angenehm wie möglich. Sehr freundlich, gefragt, ob wir unterwegs Pausen brauchen, wies auf lustige Dinge hin, die es zu sehen gab, als wir vorbeikamen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
