We decided to rely on this company for our Nile cruise thanks to it’s good ratings and we are very satisfied with everything! It was a great surprise to have private tours and transportation for the family of 4, all well planned and very lucky to have had Yasser Kamar as our Spanish speaking guide, great professional!! I had an amazing experience on the Nile Cruise with Momo. He is extremely knowledgeable, has an excellent command of the English language and is a great communicator. Far superior to the other guides I overheard during the visits to the temples. Momo went above and beyond to accommodate for me, including arranging a local SIM card, saving me money on countless occasions through telling me what to look out for from the locals and with tipping, and tailored our tours to allow for additional photography time as I requested. Nothing was too much to ask. If you are comparing tours , the quality of the guide makes all the difference and I strongly recommend you book with Luxor and Aswan and request Momo. Many thanks, Dion

Hany and his team are incredible. They all went above and beyond everything travel related and even some other additional things (such as helping me navigate the complex telecom system in Egypt). Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, supportive and had a good attitude. I would go back to Egypt and I would definitely travel with the agency again. 10/10

My friends and I had an amazing time on this cruise. Our guide, Mahmoud taught us so much about all the sights, and he was able to answer all of our questions. He was really friendly and went above and beyond in so many ways. He even offered to get one of our friends medicine when she caught a cold. We all agree that this cruise was one of our favourite activities of the trip, and it's all thanks to the friendly staff.

I booked this tour because it had all the inclusions we wanted and a choice of boat for the Nile river cruise. Our guide Ahmed Sliem II met us directly at the airport and stayed with us the entire trip. Ahmed was the best guide we could have hoped for! Well spoken, so knowledgeable and very attentive to all our needs. My wife is 5 months pregnant and Ahmed treated her like a Queen and was flexible with how we were feeling. Even advising on medication for a stomach ache. If booking the Nile cruise tour please request Ahmed as you guide, worth every dollar!

My husband and I returned from a fabulous trip to Egypt which was coordinated through Luxor Answan Travel from June 4, 2023 to June 19, 2023. Our experience with the company was excellent. Hany Eldosouki ensured that we received stellar service from the beginning to the end of our trip. Everything went seamlessly and smoothly with great communication through out our stay in Egypt. We were greeted at the airport despite our two hour delay and were taken care of right away from obtaining our visas to check in at hotel. The customer service on the entire trip was most outstanding. We had two amazing guides during our excursions. One guide for Cairo and one for Luxor and Answan. Both guides were incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about the history of Egypt. They explained everything in great details and answered our many questions. They demonstrated such kindness and thoughtfulnes during out stay in Egypt from taking pictures, to making sure we stayed hydrated ( just to name a few examples). We had a wonderful driver with amazing drving skills who was always prompt and always greeted us with enthusiasm . We thoroughly enjoyed learning about Egypt and came home being more educated about its history, traditions, and culture. We felt totally safe on the trip and received great tips from our guides ( both named Mohammad) about navigating Egypt. We also enjoyed our river cruise on the Nile, but what stands out most was the wonderful customer service! From the housekeeping staff to the dining staff. We have never felt more welcomed on any vacation. We will never forget our vacation and we hope we can return soon some day. It is worth booking with Luxor and Aswan because it gives you peace of mind having everything you are interested in pre-booked with efficiency. It was nice to have our transportation already set up. We added Hurghada at the end so that we could have beach time and have some relaxation which we enjoyed as well. Life is short. If Egypt is on your bucket trip book it with Luxor and Aswan Travels! You will be more than satisfied!!

My sister is an expat living in Cairo. She did this cruise when she first moved there. When she heard that I was coming to visit, she booked a cruise for us. The cruise ship was delightful! Lovely accommodations and fantastic food. The staff were all wonderful. I thought that the tours would consist of large groups. They were not. Each booking gets their own tour guide! Mostafa was our guide. He was unparalleled! A former educator, his knowledge of ancient Egypt was in depth and he delivered his information as if in a university lecture. He had me enraptured and hanging on his every word. He tied all the details as we went along to each temple forming a complete story arch of history. When I go back to Egypt, I will definitely do this cruise again but I’ll do the longer one! I can’t recommend this experience enough!

As I write these notes it all seems surreal: Meeting Shima in Cairo on day one in the Coptic district feels like a dream. But we did and what follows is a glowing review because she was absolutely amazing. We spent a week in Egypt with Shima. She traveled with us from Cairo to Aswan and left us in Luxor, our last stop, before we flew back to Cairo. First, the treat of learning about Egypt through the eyes of a woman travel guide is really special. Shima treated us with respect and provided us with the most unique experience. She was knowledgeable about the country’s rather dizzying history. She answered all of our questions. She helped us navigate the streets of Cairo with ease. Traveling in the summer has its complications, Shimaa was always attentive about the heat and how we could manage to do it without much discomfort. As we walked into various temples, it was clear she was respected and admired by her colleagues. She introduced us to new foods, new Egyptian foods. What really endeared her to us is that she has a great sense of humor. Lastly, a great guide must be a great story teller and in this respect that is the best way to describe her as a great story teller. Shima was very friendly and accommodating. Our family group ranged in ages and she was attentive to all of our needs. I would encourage you to request her for your tour.

Our trip with Ahmed Sliem was amazing! He took the time to make sure that we had everything we needed/were comfortable and was VERY knowledgable about ancient Egyptian history. We also really enjoyed chatting with him, and he was incredibly kind! I don’t know what we would have done without his guidance.
