Aswan-Luxor Cruise
The tour was amazing: the sites, the ship and the guide. We saw all the sites that were part of the itinerary, in increasing order of importance and size. The food and the service onboard were superb. Our guide, Ahmed Sliem, was extraordinary: knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful at all times.
The main (and only) issue is related to pace: it's really a 2.5-day rather than 4-day cruise, as the ship really starts sailing in the afternoon of Day 2 (the only worthwhile scheduled activity in Day 1 is the Temple of Philae). In the quest of selling "optionals" the scheduled activities start very slow (so pleople are motivated to buy the optionals), and then cram too much at the end (Valley of the Kings, Queen Hapshesut, Colossi, Karnak). Our guide, however, did a lot to fix this issue to the best of his abilities.

We arrived yesterday from our cruise. Our tour guide was Ahmed Sliem. We had such a good time! It was an amazing experience. Our guide was so kind and always on top of every detail, incluiding making sure we always had water or snacks, or getting us the best prices at the markets. He shared tons of information with us, we learned a lot, we are extremly happy!!! The boat is also very confortable, food was excellent, the staff is very very nice. We would definitly chose them again.

Große Kairo- und Nilkreuzfahrt mit diesem Unternehmen
Meine Familie und ich waren auf einer Nilkreuzfahrt, die über diese Agentur gebucht wurde. Ich empfehle diese Firma sehr! ! ! Vielen Dank Hany El Dosouki für die Umsetzung dessen, was Ihr Unternehmen beworben hat! Sie haben alles geliefert, was sie sagen. Wir flogen für unsere Kreuzfahrt nach Luxor und wurden direkt an der Gepäckausgabe begrüßt. Wir wurden von dort zum Kreuzfahrtschiff begleitet. Privater Van war halb neu, geräumig für 6 und sauber! Als wir eincheckten, traf uns unser Reiseleiter Ashraf Al Raafey zum ersten Tag der Touren. Meine Familie kann nicht genug von diesem Mann sagen! Extrem intelligent, freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Einige der Touren waren überwältigend aufgrund großer Mengen an Touristen und Verkäufern, aber er führte uns jeden Tag / Nacht makellos. Wir konnten Zeit auf dem Boot verbringen und er war mehr als glücklich, einen Teil seiner Freizeit zu verbringen, um Fragen zu beantworten, die wir über Ägypten hatten. Ich bin so froh, dass wir über diese Agentur gebucht und Ashraf als unseren Guide / Hausmeister während der Reise bekommen haben. Er behandelte uns mit Respekt und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns immer sicher und sicher fühlten. Wenn Sie buchen, fragen Sie bitte nach ihm, Sie werden nichts falsch machen!
Wir buchten auch einen privaten Van in Kairo für 3 Tage und wurden gut versorgt. Sahar Kandil war unser Reiseleiter jeden Tag und wie Ashraf im Dienst. Sie gab uns das Gefühl, Familie von dem Moment an, als sie uns von unserem Hotel abholte. Sie ist extrem hell und fürsorglich. Meine Familie und ich hatten großes Glück, dass beide Guides uns wie Familie behandelten. Sie werden mit dieser Firma nichts falsch machen!

Beautiful experience in Egypt
Loved this trip! Especially the Isis temple and Luxor temples and around. I wish we had more time at the Isis temple ! The guide Mo was very knowledgable and it was great to see him also interact with other guides and locals and the friendships and mutual support they share. The boat trip was amazing, the staff were so friendly and kind and the food amazing - a great vegetarian diet! Also loved the massage on the boat and the feeling of peace sailing down the Nile.

Great trip with an even better tour guide!
Our booking started with an online search for a Nile cruise. I discovered Luxor and Aswan Travel and decided to give it a shot. All email traffic went fine, but when I received a payment link without any invoice or summary attached, I started to worry a bit. So we asked for it and received one in an email saying partly in caps lock "your Official VERY DETAILED INVOICE". Personally I was not very pleased with this tone. Also when reconfirming our pick up time and place the evening before departure (I had communicated out hotel address weeks before and hadn't heard anything since then), I all of the sudden got additional instructions although it was me reaching out to the agency. That raised some eyebrows too. However, looking back at the entire trip, I must say everything was perfectly organized and in the end there was no reason to worry. Also the additional instructions for our pick up where not necessary as the guide and driver were right there on time.
We were very happy with our guide Mahmoud. He took care of everything. His knowledge is profound and he is very enthusiastic in sharing everything that he knows about ancient Egypt. He always wanted to make sure he was not forgetting anything interesting to tell! In line with his pleasant personality he also showed interest in us, his clients. We also relied on him to bring is to shops where we could buy quality items without worries. A great tour guide!
Summarized it was a very pleasant trip with zero remarks during the execution of the trip. I definitely recommend Luxor and Aswan Travel and will consider them again for future trips in the region.

Tolle Fahrt auf dem Nil
Wir wurden auf die JAZ Regent ubgegraded. Da nur wenige Gäste auf den Schiff waren, wurden wir von der Crew sehr umsorgt. Auch unser Reiseleiter Achmed (der 2.) hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Die Ausflüge waren sehr gut organisiert und Achmed konnte uns immer sehr sachkundige Hintergrund-Informationen geben. WIr können Luxor and Aswan Travel und besonders Achmed (II.) wärmstens empfehlen. Wonderful experience with all details managed beautifully!
My four female friends and I used Luxor & Aswan Travel for two experiences: an overnight trip to Abu Simbel and a 3-night Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor. We also hired them for private transport to/from airports. I cannot recommend them enough, as Hany and his team took the worry out of the many issues one always encounters on an international trip and made my group feel very safe. They even provided complimentary helpers through the Cairo airport as it can be crazy to navigate! Our guide, Ahmed Megally was a lovely man ❤️. He was very friendly and easy to be with, and his passion for, and knowledge of, ancient Egypt was amazing. I highly recommend them for a trip to Egypt!

Die Reise war unglaublich. Unser Guide war
Ahmed Sliem und sein Wissen, seine Expertise und Freundlichkeit sorgten für eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Wir besuchten mehrere Tempel in der Nähe von Assuan, Edfu, Kom Ombo und Luxor sowie die Gräber im Tal der Könige. Mein Favorit war das Grab Ramses 5 und 6 im Tal der Könige, das Ahmed speziell empfahl. Empfehlenswert diese Reise und Ahmed als Führer.
