Great experience, I travelled with my son and we had a privte Guide Mahmoud, who knows a lot and taught us much of the interesting Egyptian history. We had the opportunity to go also to Abu Simbel and a Nubian village for $ 330 extra.

3 nights / 4 days of Nile cruise is a well organized tour for Aswan and Luxor area. First 1-2 days are more chill, and the last days are a bit in rush. The reason for that is all the ships follow the same route at the same time. This makes all the visited places very crowded. Our private guide Mo was very knowledgable about Egyptian history, and the information he gave about historical artifacts made this tour more special.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Erfahrung auf der Kreuzfahrt zwischen Assuan und Luxor. Die Unterkunft auf dem Boot war sehr schön, und das Personal wir sind freundlich, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns wirklich, dass wir das Personal kennen gelernt und einen persönlichen Service von ihnen erhalten. Alles war gut organisiert, auch wenn das Wetter (starke Winde) das Boot verzögerte, so dass Besuche und Touren leicht umorganisiert werden mussten, lief alles reibungslos. Unser Guide, Mahmoud, war während der gesamten Reise brillant und gab uns alle wichtigen Informationen über die Sehenswürdigkeiten, die wir besuchten, und seine eigenen persönlichen Einblicke. Er ging wirklich die Extrameile (buchstäblich), als wir zwischen den Tempeln von Karnak und Luxor gehen wollten, anstatt wieder ins Auto zu steigen, damit wir die Avenue of Sphinxes erleben konnten, mit uns kommen, obwohl wir in der Mittagshitze waren, und sein Wissen teilen konnten.

Diese Firma war großartig. Es gab mehrere Probleme (Sandstürme, etc) und diese Firma hat sie alle proaktiv für uns wirklich gut behandelt. Es gibt einen Guide oder Fahrer mit Ihnen buchstäblich jede Sekunde, wenn Sie nicht auf dem Boot sind. Unser Guide war Ahmed Sliem. Achten Sie darauf, speziell nach ihm zu fragen. Er könnte der netteste und respektvollste Guide sein, den wir je hatten. Ihre Reise wird besser sein, wenn Sie diese Gesellschaft mit ihm als Guide verwenden.

Our trip through Egypt was nothing short of magical, thanks to our incredible tour guide Dr. Ashraf Al Raafey. As an experienced archaeologist, he brought history to life with his wealth of knowledge, answering every question with clarity, depth and enthusiasm. From temples to tombs, every stop on our journey was enriched by his storytelling and insight. He was not only informative but also patient, professional, warm and genuinely funny—making every day feel special and enjoyable. Dr. Ashraf even went above and beyond to celebrate one of our birthdays on our Nile cruise with a surprise cake and a custom-made cartouche. It was such a thoughtful and unforgettable moment. Even other tour guides stopped to tell us we had the best—and they were right. If you’re heading to Egypt, do everything you can to book a tour with Dr. Ashraf. You won’t regret it!

We had a great experience with Luxor and Aswan Travel and our guide Ahmed Sliem. All the admin in the run up to the trip was handled with no fuss. On the trip itself everything worked perfectly. Ahmed made sure everything was exactly how we needed it, went above and beyond in making us comfortable and was a great uide round the temples and tombs; knowledgeable and fun but not overbearing and giving us plenty of time for us to explore as a family after explaining the histroy and showing us some highlights and interesting features at each site.

We have just enjoyed a 4 day trip down the Nile with our guide Ahmed Sliem. Ahmed was very welcoming and took care of everything for us. He gave great explanations about the amazing sites that we visited, but also gave us time at each place to explore as a family. Thank you Ahmed
