Nile Cruise
We had a very positive experience on the Queen of Sheba. The food was excellent, the staff was wonderful, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
The only area that could use a little more attention is cleanliness and maintenance. While the cabin and the ship itself were generally clean, we noticed some stains on the bedsheets, curtains and restaurant chairs. Also, the water from the shower and bathroom tap had an unpleasant smell.
These details did not spoil our experience at all, but we hope they will receive a little more attention in the future. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, especially the excellent food and friendly staff. Also we have fantastic experience with our guide King Mina! He is an excellent Egyptologist, very knowledgeable, and explains everything in a clear and engaging way. He was also extremely helpful beyond the planned program, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor
We had a fantastic 3-night Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor. Everything was perfectly organised, the food was excellent, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The service on board was outstanding, with the staff always friendly and attentive.
Our tour guide, Khalid, was knowledgeable, helpful and made all the sightseeing enjoyable and interesting.
A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

Great value if you don’t want to worry about it!
The cruise is an amazing experience to enjoy the Nile and the Egyptian monuments without having to worry. Of course the only problem is that all the cruisers are synchronised, so trips are very crowded.
Our tour guide, King Mina, has always been very smiley, patient and helpful! Super organised! It was great to meet him!

Great start to finish
Great 4 days cruise from start to finish. Sailing the Nile between Aswan and Luxor was relaxing, with comfortable cabins, good food and beautiful views from the deck. Abu Simbel was breathtaking. Special thanks to our guide, King Mina: knowledgeable, friendly, amazing problem solver, and full of great stories that brought the history to life. Logistics were smooth throughout and the trip was great value. Highly recommended!

BOOK IT WITH KING MINA!
I thought it would only be the Cruise but ended up having the best Tour Guide ever. King Mina is very knowledgeable and kind and polite with everybody! He has the best spots and ordered us the safest transport and everything just because he knows it’s better for us. My mom is older and she truly appreciated all his small gestures. I highly recommend having King Mina as a Tour Guide!!!

Geldverschwendung und eine miserable Erfahrung: Wir haben diese Nilkreuzfahrt vorzeitig abgebrochen
Wir sind aufgrund der extrem enttäuschenden Qualität unserer Erfahrung vorzeitig von Bord gegangen.
Dies ist nicht das, was wir unter einer 4-tägigen Nilkreuzfahrt verstehen würden. In Wirklichkeit bestand die Erfahrung aus zwei Tagen in Assuan mit mehreren Bustouren und sehr wenig Zeit, die tatsächlich auf dem Nil verbracht wurde. Das Boot beginnt seine Reise erst am Ende des zweiten Tages und kommt am dritten Tag in Luxor an, wonach weitere Bustouren stattfinden.
Die Ausflüge waren schlecht organisiert und koordiniert. Wir verbrachten viel Zeit mit Herumstehen und Warten, oft ohne Erklärung, worauf wir warteten oder was als Nächstes passieren würde. Uns wurde zu Beginn der Kreuzfahrt gesagt, dass wir für einige der Touren vor 3: 30 Uhr geweckt würden, nur um dann erhebliche Zeit mit Warten zu verbringen.
Auch die Trinkgeldregelungen waren enttäuschend. Wir wurden darüber informiert, dass ein vom Reiseleiter festgelegter Betrag vor der Abreise und vor Erhalt der Leistungen zu zahlen sei, wobei am Ende der Kreuzfahrt zusätzliche Trinkgelder erwartet wurden.
Das Essen war eine weitere große Enttäuschung. Sowohl die Buffetmahlzeiten an Bord als auch das bereitgestellte Frühstückspaket waren von schlechter Qualität.
Beim Auschecken mussten wir außerdem Gebühren für einen Bügelservice, die zu hoch angesetzt waren, sowie Getränke, die wir nicht bestellt hatten, beanstanden. Es gab auch einen Vorfall, bei dem ungesichertes Gepäck herunterfiel und einen Passagier verletzte. Besonders besorgniserregend war die offensichtliche Gleichgültigkeit des Personals nach dem Vorfall.
Der einzige positive Aspekt war, dass der Reiseleiter die Gruppe zu einem lokalen Geschäft brachte, um Essen und Getränke zu kaufen. Dies ermöglichte es uns, die extrem hohen Preise auf dem Boot zu vermeiden, und bedeutete, dass wir Vorräte zur Hand hatten, wenn wir sie brauchten.
Insgesamt war dies eine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung, und wir entschieden uns, vorzeitig von Bord zu gehen, anstatt weiterzufahren. Wie in anderen Bewertungen hervorgehoben, war das Kundensupport-Team unprofessionell und wenig hilfreich. Trotz dieser äußerst enttäuschenden und schlechten Erfahrung habe ich keine Rückerstattung beantragt.

Excellent value for money Nile Cruise
King Mina is the best tour guide in the world.
Booking this cruise is cheaper than booking the tours separately and having a hotel. Plus you'd need time and money to get from Aswan to Luxor had you not booked the cruise.
Downside to cruise is tour boats arrive at same time so it's crowded. Our tour guide already had tickets ready so we didn't waste time lining up for them.
Tour guide is an egyptologist and is currently doing his PHD, so is very knowledgeable.

Excellent tour, very worth it!
I booked relatively last minute when I decided I wanted to see Aswan and Luxor. The tour surpassed all my expectations! King Mina was the best guide and handled everything perfectly, including the tricky elements like the variable time it takes the shop to get through the docks. He was knowledgeable and friendly and gave us all great advice throughout the trip. I got lucky in that he helped me join the hot air balloon trip late, which was one of the many highlights of my trip! It was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend it, especially if you can get King Mina as your guide!
