Der Transport: Der angebotene Service beschränkt sich auf den Transport. Es kam zu einer Verwechslung und es wird weder eine Anleitung noch eine Spezifikation bereitgestellt, wie man eine bekommt (die wir gerne mitgenommen hätten). Die Klimaanlage des Transportmittels funktionierte nicht richtig, was die Fahrt ziemlich unangenehm machte. Ordentlich, aber Raum für Verbesserungen. Das Wahrzeichen: Der Tempel wirkt bescheiden und symbolträchtig, aber die Menschenmenge und die Hitze (selbst in den frühen Morgenstunden) erlauben es Ihnen nicht, ihn in vollen Zügen zu genießen.

They were very punctual at the pickup time and took us there in a comfortable van. In the middle of the way we did a quick 15 min break for a coffee and then continued tu Abu Simbel, once we were in there they gave us 1 hour and a half to visit the place, after that we came back to the van and then back to everyone's place. Everything was excellent just as they describe in the information, big thanks to Suzzana and the whole team, they were very helpful, I had a great day in the temple :)

Altough we booked last minute Suzanna contacted us very soon. We had a lot of questions but she answered them all very kindly explaining all the details. She arranged everything, and everything was as agreed. She was easy to reach. She provided very good services. Bus was comfortable with good driver. Guide was ok too giving also a short explaination although we booed without guide. Good to know, that the guides cannot enter the temples. The temples were the long journey worth. Beautiful experience. I absolutely reccommend.

Not really much of a tour. It's just a ride there and back (with one washroom stop on each of leg, which sells you overly priced drinks and snacks). Van was clean, so no issues there. I would say that even though this is somewhat of a low price on this website, you can definitely find it for much cheaper once you get to Aswan. Obviously, you get convenience and peace of mind when purchasing it here though.

This is a must see tour from Aswan but typically costs $100-150 per person. We got this tour for $31 per person and it was perfect. Transport to and from hotel in Aswan in AC vehicle, no guide, no entrance fee (additional $15 per person) but was just what we were looking for and well worth the savings. You can always book a local guide at the location once you arrive, probably for $10-15 total. Overall the best way to see Abu Simbel!

I booked this last minute as my hotel cancelled tours to Abu Simbel. It was simple to book online and a lady messaged me and called my hotel the night before to confirm pickup. In the morning three vans arrived as there were different tour companies but I was able to find the van with my room number and there was another couple in the same hotel booked. The driver spoke no english but we had an arabic speaking passenger to translate. Transport to and from Abu Simbel is essentially all you need and you have 90 mins freetime at the site which is more than enough. Very easy tour to join and they will message and call your hotel the night before to confirm pickup.

I recently used this shuttle service, and while it was just average in terms of the ride itself, what made it stand out was the warm and friendly customer service by Arwa, who was very responsive on WhatsApp and helped to check the driver's arrival. Arwa certainly made the journey easier.

Abu Simbel es maravilloso para ir, lejos unos de los mejores lugares al que fui en nuestro viaje a Egipto. Ahora bien, en el tour tomado se suponía que nos irían a buscar al elephantine Island 3:45am en bote para cruzar y comenzar el tour. Nunca nos dijieron quien nos iba a buscar y tuvimos que pagar independiente el cruce. La van en que nos fuimos llego recién a buscarnos aproximadamente 4:30 am y no era de lo mejor, los asientos incómodos y fallaba al aire acondicionado. Por otra parte, nos hicieron parar en un local en la mitad del desierto en dónde nos dicen que tenemos tiempo para bajar, en dónde ningún pasajero bajo, pero el conductor se demoró 15 minutos conversando (si la idea del tour es llegar temprano, no se debería parar y menos si ningún pasajero quiere).
