Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis
Die Reise war fantastisch, wir sind sehr glücklich, wir haben jede Minute genossen 🙏🏻 Abgesehen von dem Schrecken wegen der Abgase und des Motorenlärms in der ersten Nacht war alles andere perfekt (für ein Land mit so viel Armut). Ich möchte betonen, dass die Schiffsbesatzung, die Reiseleiter, die Fahrer und alle anderen, die diese Kreuzfahrten ermöglichen, einfach wunderbar sind ✨ Ich wünschte, wir könnten ihnen allen helfen... 😔
Ich möchte Ihnen auch meine bescheidene Meinung zur Verschmutzung des Nils mitteilen; es ist für uns sehr schockierend zu sehen, wie die Abfälle und der Treibstoff der Schiffe im Fluss treiben. Ägypten ist ein wundervolles Land mit wundervollen Menschen.

Positive Erfahrung
Hossam war ein fantastischer Führer.
Das Schiff war wunderschön, die Kabinen waren sauber und das Essen war auch für italienische Verhältnisse gut.
Die Kreuzfahrt dauert 1 Tag und eineinhalb Stunden, die restliche Zeit liegt das Schiff am Fluss und man besucht Tempel.

Poor Experience!
I would like to leave a review on behalf of my customers, a family of 10, whom we helped with travel arrangements for Egypt.
We booked a cruise through the Viator with the Egypt Knight Tours based on the good rating they have on the net.
The cruise was largely a disappointment. While the food and crew on the boat were decent, the evening entertainment and quality of the rooms were nowhere close to a 5-star Deluxe, which was claimed by the Egypt Knight Tours in the personal correspondence prior to booking the cruise.
Despite confirming to me twice the types of rooms the customers would get, they didn't have the rooms that were initially promised, nor were they on the top deck of the boat.
The most disappointing was the transfer to Hurghada, which the Egypt Knight Tours arranged for an extra charge. It was a completely run down vehicle with AC that barely worked and suspension that was definitely not working and a driver that did not speak any English. My customers had to make the 4 hour drive with suitcases on their laps and the back of one of the travelers hurt so much by the end that he ended up not being able to do anything for the next several days.
As a result of his illness, the family had to cancel the all day tour in Alexandria (booked directly with the Egypt Knights) and they spent countless texts going back and forth with the tour agency asking them to do the right thing and try to get a reimbursement on Alexandria. They refused and instead offered a couple of airport transfers and one shorter half day tour in Cairo. This was less than 25% of the cost of the Alexandria tour but my customers eventually agreed. They asked the Egypt Knight Tours to include an Egyptian dinner which they did but it was so bad that none could really eat anything other than the chicken that was served!
I do not recommend this agency as they fail to keep their promises and provide poor-quality service!

Esperienza memorabile
La crociera è stata un’esperienza memorabile. La nave era pulita, ben tenuta, con cabine spaziose e dotate di tutto il necessario. Cibo buono e vario. L’Organizzazione è stata eccezionale, Nada a distanza si è sempre assicurata che andasse tutto bene e la guida Sam ci ha seguiti con cura, precisione e puntualità, spiegandoci tante cose fondamentali per comprendere tutto ciò che abbiamo visto. L’organizzazione in un piccolo gruppo ha fatto sì che tutto potesse svolgersi nel rispetto dei tempi e potendo seguire la guida con attenzione. Abbiamo aggiunto anche qualche esperienza extra e tutto è andato alla perfezione grazie alla nostra guida ed Egypt Night Tours.

Lady Mary ein tolles Kreuzfahrterlebnis von Serenity Cruises.
Lady Mary wurde das Schiff zugewiesen. Wir gehen eine Doppelbelegung Kabine und eine Suite, um uns mit unserer Tochter im Wohnzimmer unterzubringen. Der Service ist an Bord ausgezeichnet, wenn man gute Abfahrtstipps erwartet. Der Führerservice für die verschiedenen Denkmäler von Magdi war außergewöhnlich. Das Essen am Buffet hatte eine riesige Vielfalt, war aber überwiegend nahöstlich. Liebte die Desserts besonders die Vielfalt der Baklavas. Sie servieren nur ägyptischen Alkohol und etwas südafrikanischen Wein gegen Bezahlung. Kein anderer bekannter internationaler
Spirituosen sind vorhanden. Silvesterparty war einfach ok. Bauchtänzerin war toll. Schiff schien vor kurzem renoviert, so war wirklich swanky.

A wonderful trip!
We had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed discovering Egypt through this beautiful cruise. Our guide was very professional and his explanations were interesting and useful. The visits schedule is well designed, allowing to discover the main spots and to enjoy navigating and relaxing on the boat. We appreciate the comfort of the boat and everything was very well managed and organized. We also appreciated the follow-up of Egypt Knight agents, their attention and promptness to answer our questions.

Fantastic Aswan to Luxor nile cruise
Had a fantastic cruise over Christmas . We got the ship Ms Renaissance, which was excellent and very clean and modern. The day trips were very well organised, and entrance fees all came complete in the package. Our guide, Magdy, was very friendly and informative and did whatever he could to give us a very memorable experience.
The only negative was you didn't know what ship you would be on until the day before sailing.

The best guide we could ever have — truly unforgettable experience
We visited Egypt as a couple, and Magdy made our trip incredibly smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. He was always thoughtful, patient, and attentive, and his explanations brought the history of Egypt to life. We felt very lucky to have him as our guide and highly recommend him to anyone.

Amazing experience!
Overall it was awesome. But it was a bit stressful, too much time with the guide and not enough free time in the temples. Don't get me wrong though, our guide Magdy was great, and he taught us a lot of cool stuff. But it would have been better if we had more time to walk around freely. I think an extra night or two, with the same tours would have helped.
Time on the ship was pretty limited too, mostly we were out at tours, but since there isn't too much to do on the boat that's ok. At least we got a few hours by the pool and some time in the bar.
Also we would have appreciated more vegetarian options on the ships buffet.
Anyways it was a great experience and we are very pleased with it. We would recommend this to friends.

An amazing experience..
We were on the M/s Lady Mary Cruise and Our Guide was Magdi.. It was a wonderful experience being on the Ship and throughout... Our Guide was exceptionally good... He made sure the entire trip was well organised, engaging and interesting.
We were explained the history and significance of each monument elaborately and articulately!
The cruise experience was also satisfactory with clean and comfortable cabins, variety of meals and warm and friendly staff.
