The first place you are going to visit will be the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) which is considered to be world's largest archeological museum. It contains more than 120000 pieces dating back to the Pharoanic, Greek and Roman periods. You will be guided by an English speaking guide who will help you to explore the museum and make you see the masterpieces such as Tut Ankh Amun's collection. The visit of the Grand Egyptian Museum will take 2 hours.
In the second Part of Cairo tour, you are going to see the Pyramids (Great Pyramid of Cheops, the Pyramid of his son Chephren, and the Pyramid of the grandson Mycerinus) and the Sphinx. As well you can enjoy the over view for the three pyramids taking some amazing photos from the highest point of the Plateau.

The experience was incredible from the start to the end. Nabil contacted us the same evening as the tour was booked and gave us all the information in relation to the tour. We had a private car with a driver and tour guide. Mahmoud was very knowledgable and gave us as much time as we needed in every destination. The trip exceed our expectations. Since the moment we bought the package we already had excellent support from Sharm Smile, Mr Nabil, providing us with all necessary information needed to make our trip as easy as possible. It was an outstanding support. On the day of the trip itself, everything was VERY well organized, since pick up at hotel / airport / tour guide at Cairo, Dr Mohamed, drop off back at hotel. This is a trip of a lifetime, I contacted Nabil via whatsapp to discuss options that we wanted to do whilst in cario due to the amazing reviews that have been previously given. Message were always answered in timely manner and price was very affordable compared to other companies. The trip was amazing and guide doubled up as a photographer so have many memories to share. Driver was great as not easy to navigate roads, drop off and collection points in cario. we did pyramids, sphinx, camel ride (extra cost), lunch, boat trip on the nile. Improvements could be, transport for 4 adults to and from sharm airport was uncomfortable and tight as normal car, felt rushed at sphinx and lunch, staff was rude as we were informed that tips already given and waiters were reqesting tip. Guide was pushing perfume, paper and cotton visit despite my original request advising that we did not wish to go. ended up with time at end which could have been spent better during day. Take tips for toilets or tissues as you dont get toilet paper or hand paper unless tip given even in toilets at the museum where sign clearly states no tips.

What a fantastic day trip this was. Everything was organised perfectly for us from the time of booking right through until we returned to our hotel that night where we received a follow-up call to check we had enjoyed our day. There were two of us travelling from Sharm, Savoy Hotel. Collected from our hotel and taken to airport, guide was waiting for us when we arrived in Cairo. It was just us and the guide and a driver and we felt very well looked after. Our guide was absolutely brilliant, he didn't cut any corners and was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable on all things. We went to the pyramids, sphinx, bazzar, perfume factory, papyrus shop and the museum. Our guide asked our preference on where we'd like to go and we went to all of these as my travel partner had never been before. To benefit fully from the guides knowledge I'd probably just go to the pyramids, sphinx and museum next time as there's so much amazing stuff to see and learn at the museum. We had the best time - our guide was fantastic and our driver was brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend this trip. Christina and Ali from Scotland.

This was a very fun day trip that we had! We got picked up from the airport by Mira (we requested a Russian speaking guide) and as she spoke about the history and culture of Cairo and Giza we were driven around by Ambrh (please excuse any misspelling of names!). Because this was a private tour they took us to see the great Mosque, we cruised on the Nile river for a bit, went to the Egyptian museum, obviously saw the pyramids and the sphinx (Mira has connections there for good souvenirs and additional experiences), and we even went to The Papyrus Museum and a house of Oud. We had lunch in a restaurant with a view of the pyramids, which was surreal! We felt safe the entire time and everyone was kind and silly and welcoming.

Booked through Trip Advisor a week before we arrived in Sharm. Was a bit wary because you hear about all the scams. My fears were extinguished within minutes of booking as Nabil from Sharm Smile Tour messaged me through WhatsApp, introducing himself and telling me all about the trip and the details of pick up, advice about Visa’s and generally being a very helpful person… We continued to stay in touch where he communicated and stayed in contact right up to the pick up outside our hotel. He then took us to the airport and dropped us off with instructions on where to meet out driver at Cairo Airport and everything went smoothly. When we landed in Cairo our driver was waiting for us with a sign which we found straight away. He then explained what we were doing for the day and that out guide would meet us at Giza.. He then drove us through Cairo.. All I can say about driving in Cairo is holy moly… I have never seen traffic like it. It’s every man for himself… Out driver negotiated the traffic while pointing out important landmarks on our way to Giza. We picked up our guide who was very friendly, and very very knowledgeable.. We then went to the Pyramids and Sphinx… Just wow!! What a feat of engineering. Our guide explained all the important history and then left us to ramble about and do our own thing. He then took us to a ‘government’ run camel ride and that was just breathtaking. We tipped well… We then went to a perfume factory. Buy or don’t buy, its up to you, we did. Just remember if you do and it’s over 100ml you will have to check your bag in, which is included in your ticket anyway so no big deal. He then took us to lunch.. We then went to the museum where we had a quick whirlwind tour with out guide to explain the most important parts and then we were left to peruse at our leisure for an hour or so.. We then met out guide to say goodbye and the driver took us back to the airport for our flight home.. We then shared a mini-bus back to out hotel.. All in all a fantastic unforgettable trip, you can’t go to Egypt without seeing the Pyramids.. Just some quick points… 1. Buy your visa’s when you first land in Egypt. DO NOT buy online.. Its a waste of time. It literally took us 2 minutes and £50.. They will direct you to many of the booths available. Make sure you have cash to pay for these. 2. We arrived at night and all the cash machines were empty, so have small denominations (we took american dollars) for tipping until you can get to a cash machine. 3. You are expected to tip for almost everything including going to the toilet. If you can’t get small Denominations of EGP just use a dollar. 4. You will get hassled at the pyramids, just say NO THANK YOU. They will all say they work there, spoiler… They Don’t!!! And they will scam you. Out guide was there to brush them off if they got too persistent. So to conclude Sharm Smile Tour were amazing and I would highly recommend them. Nabil will make sure you are looked after. 5 stars all day long. Thank You ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I couldn’t recommend this trip enough! A few days after booking we were contacted via WhatsApp where all questions we had were answered. We were picked up on time from our hotel in Sharm, we were also in correspondence with the guide on WhatsApp during this time in case there were any issues or delays. When we arrived in Cairo our guide was waiting for us who let us choose the lay out of the day, and which location we preferred to spend more time at (the pyramids or museum) The guide was very informative but also friendly. All entrance fees were paid for by the guide along with lunch which was very unexpected. We were also given a choice of what we wanted for lunch between western food or Egyptian food which was a nice touch. The museum was also and the tour guide had more information and stories than the signs in the museum! All in all I would recommend for anyone who wants to see Cairo in a day, especially for the price. If this was in the UK it would easily cost £1000.

It is worth going to Cairo for a day. The Egyptian Museum and the pyramids are must-sees. Everything was also well arranged: pick up and drop off at the hotel, the flights, the guide (Talep) was waiting for us at Cairo airport. He was very passionate in his explanations and was very hospitable. Always willing to take beautiful photos of us. It was a fantastic day.
