Day trip in Luxor in family
I booked the all stuff with Tasneem and it was quite easy.
The day trip was really nice with all the stuff we could see. It really worth it.
The journey was a bit long (~5h) but we had a lot of place in the van so we could easily lie and have a nap in it.
And the guide was really nice and told us a lot of nice fun facts.

Never with them again!
The hike is worth doing because the places are spectacular, but the organization left a lot to be desired. The private tour, it wasn't private! With us there were 7 other people with their times and choices and we were asked to agree because we all had to do the same thing: they had booked the mini cruise and we had not, but we all had to do the same thing (it cost 15€ per person, for us 4 so 60€ more). Disgruntled them and dissatisfied us.
The tour included crossing the Nile by speedboat but we were made to do it by bus.
At lunch drinks (even water) were excluded and for a fee.
The Walid guide did not seem too prepared and answered our questions in a more or less apocalyptic way. But above all he did not accompany us inside the tombs or archaeological sites: he gave us an explanation of when we should see inside and waited for us outside! All the guides of the other groups accompanied inside for a thorough and clear explanation.... so experience to do, but not with this tour operator because what he promises does not keep!

Excellent day with family
Excellent one-day service in Luxor. Very professional and attentive drivers. Great French guide, Ahmed who was very attentive to us and very kind with our 9 year old children.
The tours are very well organized. The restaurant was excellent. If you go to the spice sellers pay attention to the calculator, the calculations are curious. Thank you very much for this wonderful day spent with family.

Luxor with a baby
2 day tour from El Gouna to Luxor with a private car.
Our driver was always on time. Our guide Hany took care of us, told interesting information, arranged extra (nile cruise, alabaster shop) and most importantly was always considering the wellbeing of our 7 moth old baby Ebba. Our timetable was flexible and everything went smoothly, no stress about baby on board. Lotus hotel was ok.

The beauties of Luxor
Long but very beautiful day
You have to get up early because it's quite a trip to Luxor
The driver stops regularly to consume coffee and toilet.
In Luxor you will be guided around by the Dutch speaking Egyptian
He tells and knows all about Luxor and his past
We had not booked the boat trip on the Nile and the visit in the tomb in advance but did so on the recommendation of the guide
And that was a good choice because when you are in Luxor you also want to have sailed on the Nile and really see Tut Ankh Amun.
Again a long but very beautiful day.
Definitely worth it!!

A great day in Luxor
Thank you for a great trip from Marsa Alam to Luxor. Communication, preparation and organization were extremely professional. The two drivers were very friendly, reliable and concerned with safety. A special thanks to our guide Mohammed, who explained the impressive sights well to us. All in all a great experience!
A note to families with young children: A day trip from the Red Sea to Luxor is exhausting and demanding and in my opinion not suitable for children under 15.

Good experience!
We were picked up at 4 am in the morning. The driver was on time and took us safely to Luxor. There we were met by a Dutch-speaking guide. We started at the Karnak temple, then did another trip through Luxor with a horse-drawn carriage (not included). Next we had lunch, this one was fine. In the Valley of the Kings you can visit three tombs with the ticket. If you want to visit the tomb of Tutankhamun or Seti I, you need to buy an extra ticket. This can be done on the spot. After the valley we went to the Albast factory. We personally did not think this was worthwhile. You will be given a 3 minute explanation and then directed to the store. The sellers in the store are not intrusive. Finally we went to the temple of Hatshepsud. Around 3.30 pm we left Luxor and returned to the hotel in about 5 hours.
We experienced the day as very positive, everything was well arranged and both the driver and the guide were very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing we've missed are the behemoths of Memnon. We only realised this afterwards. Not a disaster, but we would have preferred this one to the alabaster factory.

Disappointed
We arrived an hour late to Luxor so we could not see the temple of Karnak in time. They took us to a papyrus “museum” and a pottery center when it wasn’t planned according to the website, only for us to buy. I was disappointed to lose time there when we lacked time to see temples. When we discussed it with Marsa alam tours they only told us that they were sorry and to leave a good review.

Superb day
We had a great day with Naama our guide. She listened and answered all our questions and requests despite a very busy program that forced her to move us forward! Our driver also cut in 4 to please us until we picked up delicious showarmas himself on the way home....
Recommended!

Great private trip to Luxor! Absolutely worth it.
We had an amazing time visiting Luxor!
Mohamed, our driver, did a great job getting us everywhere safely. It is clear that it is not a good idea to drive there yourself.
Mustafa, our guide, could answer on all my questions. He had a lot of information to give, which was really nice.
Only downside is that the day is too short to take your time everywhere. We were away from our hotel for more than 17 hours and still the strip felt quite fast paced.
I do recommend to take the optional sail trip and to visit Luxor temple, in my opinion, they are absolutely worth it! The grave of Toetanchamon was not that necessary for me. I think you can get the idea of the graves well enough with the other three graves you visit.
The only thing we didn't do was visiting the albast factory.
The while trip was just my partner and I, which made the whole experience a lot more personal.
