The activity is not...
The activity is not guaranteed at sunrise, it should be made clear to future customers because we were disappointed to take off after sunrise. But otherwise it was great, the people are very professional and everything is well organized on site! The view was beautiful!!

It was a beautiful experience to see the Hatsheput Temple and the Mamnon statues from above by balloon. To see the Nile with its green fertile areas and the desert with the mountains in the background. Our best experience and we will definitely recommend it. We booked it from a private provider Eslam Said + 201098332791 He takes excellent care of his guests and drives you from the hotel anywhere in Luxor and on.....

An absolutely incredible experience!
We made a balloon flight this morning and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. A taxi picked us up directly outside our hotel. We had received clear instructions the day before, because the day before the flight had to be cancelled due to weather conditions — which we very much appreciated in terms of communication. When we arrived at the site, there were a lot of people (I think about 500 people, between taxis and balloons), which resulted in a small waiting time. But everything was extremely well orchestrated, impressive even, considering the number of participants. Our flight went wonderfully well. We were given precise instructions to position ourselves in the pod, and our pilot was really excellent: professional, reassuring and very experienced. We felt totally confident. The flight itself was simply magical. The scenery, the silence, the sweetness of the moment... an experience we loved and recommend without hesitation. The return was just as well organized: the taxi took us back to the hotel. See you at 5am, back at 8am – everything went smoothly. And finally, watching the whole team prepare the ball at sunrise, then receive it on the ground after landing, is a real spectacle in itself. This is something to see! An unforgettable experience ✨

Experience in the heights!!!
The experience of seeing the sunrise in the heights was absolutely amazing!!!! Flying over the Valley of Kings was indescribable!!!! Plus, so many balloons flying over together is like a prime piece in motion. It is worth it!!1

Wonderful and exciting experience
Great experience, skilled team. We got lucky with weather, but prepare for uncertainty is involved... (e.g. we had no beuatiful sunrise due to some thin fog and clouds, but at least our flight was not canceled - might happen if there is a strong wind). Our captain was very skilled and funny - he had full control over the flight so we felt safe.

No Sunrise
We had the flight booked at 5 to see the subrise but they told us that it had to be more late because of the bad weather. We missed the sunrise and when we arrived there there were other balloon flying. For the rest, excelent crew and great experience. If you don’t care about the sunrise, it is a perfect option.

Nice but disappointed
Our flight in a "luxury hot air balloon" (so the title said!) lasted only 25 minutes in all (including landing) against the 30-35 agreed and paid. There was nothing fancy about it. I would recommend this experience to friends but not with Viator because other companies made their flights last much longer.
