We had a great time. I was alone with my 2 children, we were picked up from the hotel and we had a tour of Hurghada city with stops at the Big Mosche and St Shnouda Coptic Church. We also visited the Marina and a Papyrus and Perfume shop(be aware that at the Perfume shop you are expected to buy some perfumes which I didn't quite like). Great guide explaining lots of interesting things. Definitely recommend them.

Tarik was a really good guide, he show me extra thing,I book the trip late so some spot was already dark, but they are really friendly and I spent a really good time with them. Even the driver was really funny.

Very disappointing experience. First, we could not pay via TripAdvisor and got in touch with the tour company to book offline. They offered the trip for EUR 20 instead of USD 11.29. We managed to book via Viator. The trip was supposed to begin with a visit of a local fishing village. The guide wasn't there at pick up, just a driver who didn't speak English. We drove around for one hour only to get to a souvenir shop in the middle of nowhere. He was stalling the tour until the guide was able to join. He finally joined over an hour later to announce that there is no fishing village and didn't take any responsibility for the incorrect description of the tour. We just grabbed Uber and left.

i have canceled 2 bookings from tripadvisor/viator, more than 1 month before the day of trips, but they didn't refund me 100%. are you lying when you refund 100% if the cancellation is made 24 hours before trip?

Wir waren nur zu zweit mit einem eigenen Reiseleiter. Die Stadtrundfahrt war ohne Stress und wir haben vieles sehen können. Die Informationen vom Reiseleiter war sehr interessant und super. Die Stadtrundfahrt ist zu empfehlen.

Given the price a little 'low compared to the village I was hesitant to book instead we had a great time ..guide speaks quite well Italian extremely available... visited both old hurghada and hurghada Marina .. booked through Messenger since with the Egyptian sim I could not receive and mail .. used of course Google translator x English booking... found well .. punctual throughout ..
