Unforgettable trip with new friend Abdoo
Adboo picked us up from our hotel exactly on time. His english was great which enabled us to chat through him to all of the locals in Baharia oasis. Highly recommend this tour if you want to get a feel for what the “country side” of egypt is like. Even though it is in the middle of the desert Baharia oasis is extremely green and beautiful with the most amazing Mangos and Dates if you go in the summer. There was also a cold pool which we got a chance to swim in on the second day which was great. The desert itself was incredible with very diverse landscapes and we got a chance to sleep right under the stars. Overall a must do when you go to Egypt. The culture of the people there is completely different to anywhere else in Egypt and the landscape is truely something to behold.

Ottimo tour se si ha solo un giorno da dedicare al deserto bianco vedi che fa tac
Bellissimo viaggio impegnativo, ne valsa la pena. Si tratta di molte ore di viaggio però i paesaggi, in particolare il deserto bianco credo siano unici al mondo. La guida che ci è stata assegnata si chiamava Omar ed è stato molto gentile e ci ha accompagnati tutto il giorno. La prima parte si svolge in una macchina normale in autostrada partendo dal Cairo per raggiungere l’oasi, arrivati lì si visita un piccolo museo con delle mummie di epoca romana. Poi si vedono due tombe sempre di epoca romana dove sono state trovate le mummie che sono interessanti anche per chi è stato a Luxor essendo di epoche diverse. I disegni sono sempre quelli ma la tecnica è diversa. Si mangia sempre nell'oasi in un “albergo” gestito da beduini e dopo pranzo si sale su per il deserto bianco e nero. All’andata si vede dalla finestra il deserto nero che verrà poi visto al ritorno.una volta arrivati al deserto bianco ci si ferma in molti posti per vedere dei paesaggi mozzafiato di rocce di calcare. Al ritorno si vede il deserto nero fatto di pietra vulcanica. Si ritorna a mangiare cena nell'albergo e poi si parte per il viaggio di ritorno.
Il viaggio non richiede particolari abilità fisiche però consiste in dei lunghissimi trasferimenti in macchina.
Noi ci tenevamo molto a vedere il deserto bianco anche se non avevamo molto tempo, questo tour ci ha permesso di vederlo in un giorno solo. Siamo molto soddisfatti

100% unforgettable experience
One of the best experiences of my life. Mohammed is amazing as a guide and translator, and helped us a lot to communicate with the locals. He also understood that we didn’t want to go to shops to buy things and only took us to wonderful places in the desert. He explained each place and made a very long journey, an unforgettable journey

Amazing experience in the black and white desert
We were accompanied by Mostafa (our guide) and it was an amazing day's experience, we visited the two deserts, black and white, we surfed in the sand, we stood in amazing places to take pictures, and we had fun throughout the day, the delicious food, Mostafa explained all our doubts, and it was very friendly, if we repeated the excursion when we returned, it would be with insurance!

Very good experience! Everything great, Mohamed and Ahmed treated us great. Everything was very comfortable and the food Ahmed prepared for us was delicious.

White and Black Desert
The deserts are beautiful and definitely worth seeing. Be prepared for about 8 hours in the car throughout the day. Our guides Abdo Samy, Hassan, and Mohamed were all kind. We tried sand boarding and the family at the local restaurant was extremely kind to us as well.

The tour although long is completely worth it. The white desert and the black desert are still impressive, and the guide did a great job.
