BEST vacation and trip, AMAZING guide and experience.
This was an unforgettable and amazing trip- a real dream! I researched about ten different cruises/routes/sites and decided on Journey to Egypt 3 day cruise from Aswan to Luxor. 150% satisfied!! Our guide, George, was so friendly and knowledgeable, and gave great information. There are different cruises and tours going on at the same time, but at every single location we stopped, he took us through different entrances or routes so we were able to avoid the crowds and had such a personalized experience. He also stopped in the towns for us for things we needed (SIM cards, cash, water, etc). Every day there were also extra experiences/local things to do that were unexpected but great experiences. I could go on and on about how great this trip was, but suffice it to say that I highly recommend this trip and cruise, or anything with Journey to Egypt!!

Amazing experience with George, our tour guide. He is a wealth of knowledge about everything, Egypt. I couldn’t recommend him enough.
The food on the boat was outstanding and the service was friendly and welcoming. For my first cruise, this has set the benchmark.

Incredible trip! Coordinating with Osama was fast and easy, and George was the best guide — helpful, kind, fun, knowledgeable, patient, great communicator. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the wonders along the Nile.

Nile Cruise w/George!
We booked a 3 night Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor, which ended up being incredible! Definitely the highlight of my trip. Our guide, George, was also amazing. His passion for Egypt and it's history really shines through as he's teaching us about the hieroglyphics and history behind each beautiful site. And instead of just providing facts, which can be pretty boring, he pieces together a story through the hieroglyphics with a different part of the story being shared at each temple. He kept us engaged and always made sure we were comfortable and happy. I definitely recommend booking through Journey to Egypt and requesting George as your guide!

who knew going down the river could be so amazing
Amazing experience being on the Nile and cruising down the river seeing Egypt from the river as has been done for thousands of years. Was one of the most luxurious experiences i've had and it was entirely affordable for even most people! We were treated like VIP and looked after amazingly by Osama at Journey to Egypt. He took us like family and checked in on us just enough yet let us enjoy our time on our own as well. The boat stopped at places of interest a few times and we got to do some sight seeing as well. Was just an amazing experience one we'll never forget!

Every mile on the Nile
When you have knowledgeable guides like John and Albert your trip can be nothing less than amazing. Both these guides led me through Egypt with more knowledge than I had going in. The cruise was just what I needed. Exploring and being on the water, I couldn’t ask for anything more. The conversations and laughter with both guides made my spontaneous trip to Egypt worth every penny!! Thank you everyone

This Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor covers all the main attractions on the way with excellence guidance by Journey to Egypt. Our guide, George, was very knowledgeable and also customized the trip according to our requests. The tour includes the highllights whilst allowing for some time to relax, providing a well balanced mix of sightseeing and downtime. Ask for George
I never met Osama, but from the initial booking his communication and response time was excellent. When we had 1 complaint on the boat, he addressed it immediately.
His instructions and information were accurate. He arranged pickup at Aswan airport with an English guide named George for us.
George was beyond awesome.
His knowledge, manner of explaining and spoken English helped us to understand the history and significance of all the sights we visited. He puts the pieces of this puzzle in place.
George also took excellent care of our safety and comfort at all times. No request or question was too much. THANK YOU!
In general the trip was great and I would recommend it.
At times the schedule is very busy and then there is a lot of rest at other times. So the days are not very balanced but I suppose it’s to be expected as the actual sights determine the pace and schedule.
We never went to Abu Simbel as we felt so much time driving and such a long day was not worth it. A suggestion would be to spend the night before in Aswan and do the day trip to Abu Simbel before checking in for the cruise.
On the boat Princess Sarah, mostly all good.
Very satisfactory housekeeping and nice food. Besides the breads and pastries, everything was fresh and tasty.
We did complain about the bad coffee and that was taken care of. Also the prices of all drinks even water was very expensive.
A nice extra to add on is a massage from Cleopatra’s.

If you are looking for fun, adventure and education you must take this trip!
We cannot say enough positive things about this trip! Journey to Egypt did a wonderful job planning and paying for everything (entrance tickets, transportation and such) which made our trip a very relaxed and enjoyable (even with our two small kids and my 75 year old father). They chose a variety of locations for us for us to visit and our guide did fantastic job teaching us about each place and its significance in Egyptian history/ culture (again, even to our two small children).
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful of our needs, he even arranged transportation and accommodations for us before and after the tour as well as the covid tests we needed in order to fly home. He made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip.
The accommodations on board the ship were clean, comfortable and again met our every need. The views along the shore of the Nile were another highlight of our trip. If you are looking for fun, adventure and education you must take this trip!

Absolutely Flawless service
I have booked countless tour companies both personally and professionally all over the world, and I have to say the guys from Journey to Egypt delivered the highest quality service I've experienced. For the first time ever I didn't have to chase or follow anything up - all details were clear and thorough from the outset and everything was perfectly arranged.
We travelled as a group of friends with different itineraries and what we wanted to do in Egypt involved a lot of logistics - Journey to Egypt arranged everything seamlessly and without a single fault. They had team members at every single point of our journey across Egypt and were with us the entire way making sure everything was taken care of.
Our guide George was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable and just overall fantastic.
