Trivaway ("we", "us") is a booking service based in Hurghada, Egypt. We arrange trips and treatments that are delivered by independent, licensed local operators.
We act as an intermediary. The operator named on your confirmation is the party that actually provides the trip and is responsible for its delivery, safety and insurance. Our responsibility is to arrange your booking accurately and to pass your details to them correctly.
A booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email containing a booking reference. Until then, availability is not guaranteed.
Prices are shown per person and include everything listed under "Included" on the trip page. Payment is made in cash directly to the driver or operator at pickup. We do not take payment online and never ask for card details.
Prices may be displayed in EGP, EUR or USD. Amounts in EUR and USD are converted from EGP at a rate we set and may differ slightly from your bank's rate.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup and nothing is payable. Cancel later than that, or fail to appear at pickup, and the operator may charge a fee. Because no money changes hands before the trip, we will contact you about any such fee rather than charging you automatically.
Trips can be cancelled for weather, sea conditions, government restrictions or insufficient numbers. Where that happens we will offer you an alternative date or an alternative trip. Nothing is payable for a trip that does not run.
You are responsible for being at the pickup point at the stated time, for carrying any identification the trip requires, and for telling us before booking about any medical condition, pregnancy, or mobility need that could affect your participation. Some activities — diving, quad biking, balloon flights — carry inherent risk and have their own operator conditions.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Some trips have minimum ages set by the operator; these are stated on the trip page or confirmed on request.
Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are earned only on trips actually taken. Points spent on a booking that is later cancelled are returned to your account. We may change the earn rate or the per-booking cap at any time; changes do not affect points already earned.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the value of that booking. Claims relating to the conduct of a trip lie against the operator that ran it.
Tell us as soon as possible — ideally while you are still in Egypt, when we can usually fix it. Email or WhatsApp us using the details in the footer.
These terms are governed by Egyptian law.
