A fantastic experience with a wonderful guide
I took a chance booking this trip since it was pricier and had only three—though very recent—5-star reviews. It offered more than the others, and the risk paid off. We arrived in Sharm, where no visa was needed, but we needed one for the pyramids. Four hours before the tour, the operator arranged our visas. It cost $10 extra, but it was absolutely worth it. Emad, a very kind representative, came to our hotel, drove us 15 minutes to the airport, and had our passports stamped within minutes.
We expected a long day based on other reviews, but everyone said it was worth it—and they were right. Our drivers were great, stopping for breaks along the way. In Cairo we met our guide, Ahmed Hassan, who was so knowledgeable and engaging that we felt like we could spend a whole week with him. He answered every question, kept us laughing, and made the day feel like a trip with friends. He even took amazing photos of us—we told him he should consider photography! (Lol)

Good trip through Cairo with pyramids, museum and sphinx.
We had a lovely day in Cairo from Sharm El Sheikh by bus. Everything was well planned. We were traveling in a small tour group. The drivers were super friendly and drove safely.
Our German speaking guide was nice and professional, but sometimes unfortunately difficult to understand and not so good on foot anymore, which sometimes made the tour a bit slow.
Therefore there is a star deduction, as we had to pay the guide even more.
All in all, it was a great tour of Cairo and its sights.

Great experience
Sarwat was a great tour guide, had a great experience and gave great advice on how to avoid tourist scams.
Only thing that let the trip down was the time we had at the pyramids and museum which could have been extended if we didn't have to stop at the 2 shops. The size of the group was great as it was small. There was a bit of waiting around to get back on the bus.
There were also a lot of additional costs like the camel rides at €15 and €30 pp to change to the new museum that opened after we booked as we had booked for the old museum.

Great experience with lots of history
Saarat was a great tour guide, great friendly customer service, advised us about scams around the pyramids which we avoided due to the advice.
Unfortunately the tour started delayed due to other customers not turning up which lead to us leaving later at the start of the morning.
Most of the tour in Cairo was great, plenty of history and complemented by the facts provided by guide Saarat, showed us all the main spots quickly and avoided any large queues.
I do wish we could’ve stayed longer in some areas, but the tour itself has a lot of content in it as is, and due to the journey from Hurgada, it’s understandable being limited on time.
Lunch was provided which was at a buffet and the selection was a good spread of vegetarian and meat, a good selection and did taste nice.
Overall great tour, would recommend, but make sure you’re ready for some extras if you want to add to the experience, camel ride is extra and so was the new opened museum (this wasn’t open when we initially booked so took the chance to pay the extra to go and see it). There’s a few other areas we visited, which had some great history and interesting demonstrations, but we felt were fairly pricey, but you can choose too if you like, we choose against the first but went for some artwork.

Well worth it
A trip worth making. We came from Sharm El Sheikh to visit Cairo. Our experience overall was exceptional from start to finish. We were helped by getting our visas as we weren't aware we had to get one to go and visit The pyramids.
We met our tour guide in Cairo. His name was Ahmed Hassan. He was just amazing from start to finish. We came to the pyramids without any knowledge about the pyramids, but we have taken so much away as we visited the Museum with him too. Anytime we had a question he knew the answer. We requested an English tour guide and to be honest his English was better than ours. (Lol)
Seeing the great Sphinx was amazing too.
A trip on the the River Nile was relaxing.
It's along trip but definitely worth doing.

Above and beyond experience
Our experience from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. Our tour guide was Ahmed Hassan who went above and beyond not only with his mountain of knowledge but also with taking our pictures together. We knew at every stage what was happening ie toilet breaks, lunch and time given to ourselves to explore the pyramids by ourselves.

A long day but worth it, got to see all parts of Cairo.
The guide very friendly and knowledgable, who goes above and beyond.
