10/10 brilliant experience with Sharm smile tours, more specifically Nabil! End to end service was wonderful and so very professional. Whatever was needed was provided and replies were super quick. I cannot praise Nabil enough for sorting out all the excursions as well as transfers. He went above and beyond for me and my wife and we cannot thank him enough. You have a friend in us Nabil and we would highly recommend everyone to use Sharm smile tours!r

Our snorkel adventure was easy, fun, and unforgettable! We were picked up from our hotel on time and delivered to the port. Snorkel equipment was available for rent (3 ppl: masks, life vests, fins - 350 Egyptian Pounds) Our boat had three levels including a sun deck to lay out and tan. The tour guides were fun and helpful. It was impressive they spoke three languages. Photographers took our pics on the boat and in the water. The coral was gorgeous especially when covered in schools of colourful fish! So happy we made the trip to Sharm for this tour.

Awesome family excursion with Sharm Smile Tours
We went for a family snorkel & dive cruise to Ras Mohammad. It was fantastic. The boat and crew were really nice and we loved the experience. Sharm Smile Tours was very professional and punctual in shuttling us to/from the hotel. Nabiel was very kind and accommodating, allowing us to may in cash after the excursion since we did not realize that there was a charge to use the credit card once we reached the dive shop. Highly recommend using Sharm Smile Tours for all excursions in Sharm El Sheikh!

Just awesome!
It was an unforgettable experience, the guides were super professional and understanding. the diving scared me at first but finally it was just amazing. Really an experience to do again I loved 😆

Fantastic trip with beyond beautiful snorkeling .... AMAZING!
Well organised tour (pickup arrived at the exact stated time), staff were professional and curtious.
I brought my own snorkeling gear but you can rent from these guys. It was a long day at sea but we got great value. Setting sail around 9:30am and back at 5pm!
I found the posing for photos a little odd but I joined in and actually ended up buying some at the end of the day due to the great memories.
Food was pretty good but only came at 2pm so we were all starving. In any case, I highly recommend them :)

A great day out - fantastic snorkelling and well run trip
This was a great day out and well run trip. I booked through Sharm Smile website and they were helpful throughout the booking process (WhatsApp messaging), including letting me know what to pack and when pick up would be 5 minutes late. Plus there were a good number of staff and instructors on board - reassuringly safe.
The snorkelling was fantastic - amazing coral and fish. There was quite a fairly strong current and waves so we were taken in small groups with an instructor , with a ring to hold on. I also had the opportunity to try out scuba diving for 15 minutes, with an instructor holding my hand. This cost EGP200 and I highly recommend this.
We also went to White Island - just like the pictures (though with more people!). We didn’t do a second snorkelling stop but I think everyone was tired out by them.
Lunch good too - barbecued chicken, beef stew, rice, salad and pasta. The boat (Manta 4) had three decks - two sun decks and a lounge area.
Points to note:
1) it can get chilly after snorkelling and on the sun decks with the wind - so bring something warm to wear
2) the group was almost exclusively Russian, perhaps reflecting the current tourist demographic for Sharm.

Great tour, good lunch...
Great tour, good lunch and very friendly staff. Just one suggestion: if we could have known how long we would spend at each spot we would have enjoyed the tour even more! We went back to the boat without knowing when the boat was supposed to leave, whilst a big group of Russians were still diving, and when we eventually asked if we could go back to the water it was too late. Despite that, totally recommend this operator and the tour

Great trip
We had fantastic weather. Was a great trip and the boat was modern and clean.
Snorkeling was fun but lots of other boats around.

Hood value for money
The trip was really good, the staff was really nice and friendly, great guides and instructors. Clean and cozy boat. Meal was ok, drinks

Excursion
Great activity for really cheap, the boat was great and the island really beautiful! The organization of the transfer from the hotel to the bar and from the boat to the hotel was perfect also thanks to Mohamed Nabil who takes care of his clients and regularly asks if everything goes well! I recommend!
