Not to be missed!!
Top experience! Swimming between and next to the dolphins is magical. Everything is well taken care of. The tickets, transportation, food, entertainment. This is the place to be.

Incredible experience
Long drive over the open sea with heavy seas. Not for sensitive stomachs. The crew will issue seasickness pills on request. The reef is impressively beautiful and we actually had dolphin encounters. Great food lovingly prepared.

Never come. We waited 4 hours. No contact or response, then bad faith instead of excuses.
Shifted on Tuesday at 10pm for Wednesday, without warning, to Friday. Luckily we were still there! But OK, it happens. And Friday... Never come. Worse not to come, their bad faith even prevented us from booking others! ... And that's the worst part, it was our last day in the area. Meet me at 6:00, 5:30 we're ready. 6:15 no news, no big deal, we wait. 6:30 we're told we're coming, OK we're waiting. Then nothing. Not reachable by phone until 7:30 am (despite the help of our hotel, all possible messages, possible numbers etc.). If there had been a problem from 6am or a delay it would not have been serious, we could wait or see elsewhere, but the fact of telling us "we arrive" so as not to assume that they would not come or that they had forgotten us is the worst, because until 7:30 we waited. We were almost worried about them thinking of an accident. Even until 8:30, because it is even worse then, at 7:30 very nonchalant and imprecise answers. And bad faith. We're told they gave us the wrong address. That we weren't downstairs. Obviously all this is wrong and even impossible, they had validated the address and even the screenshot maps, and all the other trips start at the same place in the hotel and we see all the road... For three hours we were watching for any car without a doubt. Anyway. So for an hour the person leads us by boat saying it's our fault AND SAYING "wait please" again, making us believe he was looking for a solution. We offered to take a taxi ourselves etc, we were conciliatory not to miss the boat or even to participate in a shorter expedition etc. "yes, wait wait wait I'll see", and in fact nothing at all. So it is at 8:30, for boats that leave at 9 am, that they say that there is no longer any solution for today and that it is our fault (they add more). We called full time agencies from 8am, many told us "too bad, you would have called me 30min earlier it was possible by reaching the boat quickly"... In short, 3 crazy hours with a crook, without Customer Service or excuses or solutions, when we were really flexible and respectful to the end, willing to pay + to catch up with the boat. It's okay to cancel a trip, it happens, we would have understood, it's really this mismanagement and bad faith that had strong repercussions from Wednesday to Friday that are serious. Even a small agency without internet would have communicated better than they did.

Snorkeling with dolphins is the best thing one can ever do in the Redsea😍
Thanks MarsaWaves for your hospitality for such a wonderful experience that one should do once at least in life. No worries about the transportation. No worries about all the kits and equipments. No worries about the guidance. No worries about the food time😋😋 Not to mention the amusement while seeing those playful joyful baby dolphins♥️

Excursion décevante : - nous avons aperçu quelques dauphins du bateau mais il n'y en avait pas sur le spot de snorkeling (je sais bien que cela n'est pas un aquarium et que leur présence n'est pas garantie mais on fait quand même ce tour avant tout pour nager avec les dauphins) - les transferts par la route depuis Marsa Alam sont extrêmement longs (5h en tout depuis le Hilton) et dans des conditions médiocres (van complet, chauffeur et accompagnement impolis et imprudents, méprisant totalement leurs passagers) - les transferts en bateau (plus de 4h en tout) sont très longs, pas danimation ou de musique à bord Les points positifs: Personnel du bateau correct, de même que le repas, joli jardin de corail, cela fait peu pour 9h de transport.
