This was a good trip. Luxor Aswan travel company stayed in contact from day 1. Their guides are all very qualified.We stayed on the Le Fayan nile cruise boat which was exc ellent,food service etc. Have no hesitation recommending the trip and the company.

Our visit to Egypt was such a hassle-free, pleasant and memorable trip. It's largely due to Hany's seamless organization and trouble shooting. The boat and excursions were as described, our friendly guide was very helpful and knowledgeable and all the transfers were on time. We forgot a JBL speaker in the cabin and alerted Hany:s team who sprang to action and had it delivered to us 2 days later, refusing to be compensated for all their hard work. We leave Egypt overwhelmed by the beauty of its historical monuments and friendliness of its people. Thank you Hany, Ahmed and Mohd Naseer.

We both wish to thank you very much Hany for organizing our four night Nile cruise on the MS Farah. The whole experience was superb! We are so glad we chose Luxor and Aswan travel. Very impressed with the courtesy, kindness, professionalism, ease of communication and competency of your staff. The transfers from airport to hotel to boat and then boat to hotel to airport were seamless and much appreciated. We were also very grateful to have such an experienced and pleasant Egyptologist guide in Mr Mohamed Badawi. We enjoyed his information and his company. I traveled to Egypt with my parents who are in their late 60s. Hany, the Manager was super helpful in trying to set things up so we would be comfortable. The cruise was better than expected, relaxing. We were vegetarians, but had a good choice of food items to chose from. Our guide Mahmoud was a well informed Egyptologist. He knew places, took our walking pace into consideration. I believe I know Egypt a little because of my guide and Luxor and Aswan travel. I do recommend it!

We cannot say enough good things about this tour company, by far the best one we used during our time in Egypt. Everything was well organised, we had the same guide for our tour whos knoledge was very good. He arranged a boat ride down the Nile in Aswan, which was enjoyable. We did the 4 night cruise from Luxor to Aswan with a couple of extra tours thrown in.

Our trip was MAGNIFICENT!!!! From the start, working with Hany was absolutely wonderful!! He was always available and so quick and easy to communicate with since we first started planning the trip! He has been such an incredible help and has made my first visit to Egypt incredibly smooth! Hany set us up with the Sonesta St. George Cruise on The Nile which was a DREAM! The facilities were clean and luxurious! Each dining experience was delicious and we had the most incredible and attentive service from all the waitors and chefs! ALL of the staff on board was absolutely marvelous. We could not have imagined a smoother experience! Mohammed was our guide provided by Luxor and Aswan Travel and he was INCREDIBLE! Very knowledgeable and always courteous and respectful of our time! He showed us around the most beautiful places in these cities and always made sure we felt safe. From our airport pick up to our aiport drop off, everything well exceeded our expectations! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WONDERFUL COMPANY!!! And my most sincere and thankful recommendation for Hany as our travel agent, he made everything happen for us and was absolutely wonderful!

Our family of four (13 and 10 year old kids) spent 9 days in Egypt. Hany handled every detail of the logistics. He was incredibly responsive, helpful and the entire trip ran smoothly. We had the best guide on our Nike Cruise! Mohammed Badawy(@mohammedbadawy) - thank you for taking such great care of us and for teaching us more about Ancient Egypt in 5 days than we could ever learn in a classroom. Thanks for totally engaging our kids, thanks for all the advice, thanks for handling every car, boat and horse carriage ride! You made the trip for us unforgettable and we are grateful. We spent our last day seeing the Pyramids, Sphinx and Sakara on a day trip. Hany had arranged another great guide! Big thanks to Jamil (Jimmy) for a fantastic day - learning, sightseeing, taking a ton of great pictures for us, lunch, shopping and a ton of laughter. This was our second tour with Mr Ahmed, whom we specifically requested after last week's full day tour to Alexandria. Again, he was a great guide to Dashur, Memphis, and Sakarra -- very knowledgeable, attentive to our comfort, and responsive to our (many) questions, even when they were a bit off topic. So, we have had a full day tour and a half day tour with nothing but praise.

Everything was organised for us, we sent dates and what we would like to do and it was all sorted! Great communication with the Tour Company. From the initial collection from our hotel to our drop off at the end, our guide Ismail made sure we were comfortable, looked after and most importantly taught us about the Nile Valley, both present and past. Highly recommend the Nubian Village in Aswan as well as the Abu Simbel Temples, definitely worth the drive! Definitely bring walking shoes, sun screen and a hat!

Before our trip, I spent so much time researching companies and ships and potential itineraries. If you're at that stage, stop now, and just go with this company. Tell them where you want to go and they will take care of the rest in a way that surpasses any skeptical hesitation you may have. The ship (" Amwaj Livingstone") we sailed on was wonderful: the staff was so attentive; the food was delicious with plentiful options (including for vegetarians), and always had middle Eastern options but also usually other types of cuisines; the suites were really well appointed with a surprising amount of storage AND a sitting area in front of floor to ceiling windows; and the bathroom even had a tub! Common areas were very comfortable as well. Our tour guide for most of the cruise portion of our trip, Hassan, was superb. An egyptologist and archeologist, there were few questions that stumped him. He was such a nice guy, fun to spend so much time with, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was punctual and completely catered our days to what we specifically wanted to see and to do. We could not have been more delighted to have had him as our guide. In Cairo, we had just one day with a guide, and that was another expert egyptologist, "Zouzou." She also is very knowledgeable and such a nice, sweet person who toured us around the pyramids and through the museum. We really enjoyed our time with her as well. Know that with this company, your every need will be anticipated and planned for. When there were just 2 of us, we had a nice air-conditioned car for the long drive to Abu Simbel. When one other friend joined us, we had a very comfortable and modern van, with A/C. Drivers are provided for all vehicles, the tour guides aren't distracted by navigating or driving us themselves. (and driving in Cairo is VERY distracting!) It's hard to know exactly how many details they take care of for you until you spend a day with their guides. Upon arrival at each tomb or temple, our guides handed us our entry tickets. We didn't have to wait in line or deal with understanding what to buy, or when photography permits were required. In each area we toured, Hassan even suggested the best spots to get a great photo, and never hesitated to offer to take photos for us. Based on our preferences, we were taken shopping for the products in which we had expressed an interest; in our case, perfumes and cotton. What we bought was well wrapped for the long ride home to the US, and everything made it back unscathed. Lastly, I'll add that I felt 100% safe the entire trip. I often travel alone, and I waited to do this trip until I could go with some male friends. On the next trip, I would feel safe traveling as a single female, or with another female friend, without hesitation. I do plan to return to see the part of the Nile between Cairo and Luxor, and I absolutely positively will call on Hany and his team again. The planning next time will take me no time at all. I encourage everyone to go to Egypt to see the amazing sights, and to use this company.
