The Temple of Hatshepsut, also known as Deir el-Bahari, is an ancient Egyptian funerary temple located on the west bank of the Nile River near the city of Luxor. It was built for Queen Hatshepsut, one of the few female pharaohs in ancient Egypt, who ruled during the 15th century BCE (approximately 1479-1458 BCE). The Temple of Hatshepsut is considered one of the most remarkable architectural achievements of ancient Egypt. It was designed by Senenmut.
The Colossi of Memnon are two massive stone statues located on the west bank of the Nile River near the city of Luxor in Egypt. They are all that remains of a larger mortuary temple complex built by Pharaoh Amenhotep III during the 14th century BCE (approximately 1350-1334 BCE). The statues depict Amenhotep III seated on his throne, and each statue stands about 18 meters (60 feet) tall, weighing approximately 700 tons. They were carved out of single blocks of quartzite sandstone and originally placed at the entrance of the pharaoh's temple. The statues were created to guard the temple and to represent the pharaoh's divine power and authority.

Ahmed our guide speaks very very good Spanish very friendly very attentive explains everything totally recommended. And we go with girls of 14-15 and 17 years and to get the entrance he told us to get the student ticket

We hired with them the Valley of the Kings tour and the temple of hatshepsut and it was a success, much cheaper than how they offer it on the boats and of more quality. The guide spoke perfectly Spanish and we had no problem. Everything was as agreed. I highly recommend it.

The tour arranged by Egypt Lovely Tours was seamless. I requested the locations I wished to visit and received a very competitive quote from Mahmoud. Mahmoud drove us to all the key sites in Luxor (Karnak temple, Luxor temple, Valley of the Kings and more) and our guide was the extremely knowledgeable Ahmed. Ahmed is a Masters educated Egyptologist who could read hieroglyphics. Both Mahmoud and Ahmed were extremely kind, generous and friendly and I would recommend Egypt Lovely Tours for all your tourist needs in Luxor!!
