Stay away from me.
Terrible experience with this agency for several episodes: we start from the Nile cruise booked 3 months in advance, canceled by the agency 2 weeks from the cruise on the grounds of "bad weather" (which never happened): obviously an excuse to make you rebook at twice the price, under date. Unfortunately on the various portals (GetYourGuide, Civitatis, Viator etc.) they have practically a monopoly and offer all possible excursions in Egypt and you want or do not want sooner or later you have to rely on them. Impossible communication: they have a WhatsApp number from which they reply occasionally, and those who use it time after time do not have access to previous messages, because you are forced to explain 5 times some things (eg hotel, pick up time, etc.). They don't give information until the last minute. Delay of 1h30 in departure for Abu Simbel (after the evening before punctuality was recommended at 3:30 am...)
They themselves do not communicate with the drivers they send to pick up customers at various hotels, and the drivers often do not know what to do
They rely on freelance guides who are very often prepared but have nothing to do with the agency, and so from here you can understand reviews with positive scores.
Stay away if you can

Gabriel was a super guide for our tours in Abu Simbel and Edfu. He was so very knowledgeable and intelligent. His stories were amazing. He helped is understand the meaning in all of the carvings. He took very good care of us and made sure our needs were met.

Poorly organized and too expensive
The private ride and hotel pickup made the trip comfortable, but that’s about where the positives end. The drive to Abu Simbel took around 6–7 hours each way, and for the cost, we expected more engagement or at least better planning, maybe some cold water in the car or snacks.
The driver barely interacted with us, and the rest stops felt random and poorly chosen.
Once at Abu Simbel, our time there was surprisingly short — rushed, considering how long we spent on the road. Lunch was advertised as being in Aswan but turned out to be at a local place that didn’t meet expectations with the quality of the food (again, considering the high price of this).
The return trip was even worse, with the driver speeding through the dark, making it quite a stressful experience.
Overall, comfortable to be in a private car but not worth the high price for what felt like a long, poorly organized day.

The best drivers and the best local guides
From Luxor, we arrived at the Temple of Absimbel, a tourist attraction, in a private car, and listened to the attentive explanation of the local guide. We had a delicious lunch after and it was great. When I visit Egypt again, I will ask for this tour.

Should be renamed as Not Nice tours
Delayed pick up by 1 hour . Only updated us on pick up at 11:30 pm the previous night instead of 10 am as committed. Would advise against availing their services

Long day trip from Luxor to Abu Simbel, but very rewarding.
A good driver. Very patient and informative. Have a nice day Abu Simbel.
However, the guide who was waiting for us in Abu Simbel was very rushed and had little to say. He also caused the necessary confusion and stress. He said the entrance tickets had not yet been paid. After contacting the operator, it became clear that the tickets had already been paid for.

Not so Nice Tours
Disappointing. Zero customer attitude: everything was either impossible, came at an extra, or wasn't their fault.
- Bus arrived late. I wasn't given an emergency phone number of guide nor driver in case I would have needed it. Arrived, no-one greeted me, checked my name or ticket - literally anyone could have stepped on that bus.
- Bus AC broke down (it's August, in the south Egyptian desert...). They then even went as far as saying it had been fixed for the return, while in reality it was still very unpleasantly hot.
- You book a tour but turns out the temple tickets weren't included. Rename the tour 'bus drive to Abu Simbel ticket office' or something instead of misleading. Not nice but OK. Then at least advise your clients to buy tickets online beforehand by themselves in order to save time for the whole group. Instead we wasted a good 20' just waiting for everybody to collect or purchase their ticket. On 9 hours door-to -door away time, we spent 70 minutes near or inside the temples.
- Guide & supervisor were nice , knowledgeable, and approachable.
- customer service after the tour was sub-standard, not taking any responsibility or at least, even if you choose to stick to your position, start by showing some empathy.
What makes it difficult as a private traveler is that you book on the aggregator websites such as gettourguide or viator (in my case), but that you then have no idea who will operate the tour.
I wish the agency the opportunity to reflect upon this testimonial (I don't need anything) and some improvement initiatives. It's mostly attitude: treat your customer like you would like to be treated yourself: like a King.
